Drilling L2 to re-enter in 2020 as production well. Raising funds then changing it to a plug and abandon pilot. If that’s not misleading investors I don’t know what is. Stating they will drill A3 after L2 then changing to S1. Then saying they will go to A2 instead of A3. This board oozes incompetence at the highest level.
