30/10/2019 09:35 | No warrants have been formally exercised. They would be required to report that via an RNS. What we continue to see is the murky AIM transactions that either sidestep the rulebook [eg if new position of holdings v forward sold warrants doesn't alter notifiable holdings does it have to be reported?] or outright disregard for the rules in the knowledge that the AIM regulators couldn't give a monkeys cuss. | ![]() begorrah88
30/10/2019 09:25 | Sorry to labour this point but i3 yesterday stated 93m shares in issue then went on to address the warrants separately as if they weren't included in this number. Taking £37.8m and dividing by mid-price 40.5p gives 93m shares, implying that no warrants have been exercise. This can't be right can it? | ![]() hairballradical
30/10/2019 09:11 | Is there any way of knowing at a point in time how many shares are in issue so that you can determine how many warrants have been sold? i3 statement yesterday was ambiguous regarding warrants. It said what the end game would be when exercised but didn't say how many had been exercised up to this point in time. | ![]() hairballradical
30/10/2019 09:10 | Muddy, yes there's still a few left at 40.7p as the opportunity to dump the higher value ones presented itself between June issue and now. You wouldn't dump too many warrants into the market generally because you'll likely dip below your exercise price. Bear in mind that effectively there were effectively 50m shares issued in June as warrants. That's a lot of shares to hit the market BUT it's also what helped to fund this phase of the scheme. | ![]() hairballradical
30/10/2019 09:01 | Begorrah, the company claimed that the liberator location had been influenced by funders. Conspiracy theory: it wasn't the warrant holders you refer to was it?Them knowing they could buy back cheaper in case of a duster?? | ![]() haideralifool

30/10/2019 08:55 | Beg, don't think that's the case. The iis couldn't risk buying after L1 debacle and the questioning of the seismic. Think it's the warrant holders dumping their 40.7p yesterday with a healthy dose of profit taking. Do believe that a lot of the top end warrants were sold prior to drilling when the price was around that 55p mark, now the lower end still to be completely sold off. To get to full dilution we have to go through this but I believe that the 40.7p warrants are substantially sold as are a significant portion of the 55p warrants, just the 48p that will give a new resistance. We need a bit of patience here, the business absolutley has more value than the current market cap but unfortunately we're in the middle of the dilution process. The frustrating thing is that it needs to clear to the next level before we have to gamble on another oil success or we're letting it ride. I'm sure it'll be cleared by Friday and we'll be back up to 47-49p range. | ![]() hairballradical
30/10/2019 08:36 | Great operational news yesterday but the only thing that is constant at i3e is that there is always a massive seller at work. My view is that it the party that was forward selling the warrants prior to the first drill fiasco, had a massive result as an unexpected consequence of that and bought all the stock back in the late teens at a massive profit. In my opinion they have just reset the whole cycle to rinse and repeat. The 25k's & ever constant 10k sells if the share price even starts to try and bubble up are a clear sign to me that isn't pi's. | ![]() begorrah88

30/10/2019 08:13 | Showme, I agree, Last well strike should have had us at minimum 80p, once overhang clears I expect we move to that.If we hit on L2, 150p, game changer....SDF funding then unlocks exponential returns... | ![]() che7win
