18/6/2024 08:01 | There are so many variables to assist the PoO on its upward trajectory.South Lebanon and the mad Netanyahu could be another one!Oil prices must be viewed over a year & not days or weeks of the ups & downs.hTTps://oilpri | goodday1
18/6/2024 07:24 | The Company has an ongoing campaign of scouting, surveying and acquiring key surface locations to ensure a large inventory of drillable oil and gas locations, allowing it to pivot operationally to respond to commodity price movements and operational risks, as they occur. The capital programme will be focused on the second half of the year, with 85% of the capital deployed over the balance of 2024. As such, the 2024 programme anticipates drilling operations will commence in late Q2, with continuous operations through to year-end. Should it be the case that the forward strip forecast for commodity prices deviates from the Company's budgeted projections, the Company is well positioned to both reallocate its drilling locations to optimize economic returns or capitalize on strategic accretive acquisitions as they are identified. | genises
18/6/2024 07:11 | WTI oil gains ground as traders react to the better-than-expected Retail Sales report from China. In case WTI oil manages to settle above the $80.00 level, it will gain additional upside momentum and move towards the next resistance at $83.50 – $84.50. | genises
17/6/2024 23:37 | Sorry, I like palindromes. Yes, point taken spawny. That is a consideration too. There is a riskier element with i3 but long term I think it has the potential to develop into a strong dividend stock. Admittedly, there are shares that already are. Thank you for your opinion, I appreciate it. | cmackay
17/6/2024 22:33 | You've just proved my point Tony re the flaky dividend policy; increasing it several times and telling us it was sustainable and then suddenly taking an axe to it after a long share price decline. Not really the long term stability that many income seekers would like to date, but I'm hoping it now stays more consistent after initial teething problems. My post was accurate imo . I'm a holder here but the AECO price is making me a little uneasy re the sustainability of the dividend so I'm not adding more for now. | spawny100
17/6/2024 20:50 | Only problem with your post Spawny is that it is probably not that representative / accurate - they've cut the dividend once in response to low comodity prices ( and by the way - they were not the only oiler to do this and this ignores the fact that they raised it several times prior). Otherwise they have a consistent track record over the last 2-3 years of paying out a very respectable dividend. Further to their history - they only pivoted to Canada just over 3 years ago where they started to generate revenue and almost immediately started paying a dividend - what more could you ask for - flaky - I think not ! | tonynorstrom1
17/6/2024 20:46 | WTI over $80 😄 | roundtheworld
17/6/2024 18:21 | Only problem with that approach cmackay is that you're talking about it as if it is a dividend aristocrat with decades of history of stable dividends rather than an AIM share with some mixed history and a fairly short, and somewhat flaky, record of dividend payments. | spawny100
17/6/2024 18:12 | I can understand selling if you're a short term trader but I prefer to accumulate this kind of stock to let the dividend gradually compound. No point for me to sell now and probably buy back at a higher price. I will probably add more to my holding tbh | cmackay
17/6/2024 17:29 | There's absolutely nothing to ignite the share price at this time, no drilling nothing! So can see the share price gyrating around this level until something actually occurs later in the year, as I've said last month, it's one of those shares where you sell in May and come back after st Ledgers day.. | crankylad
17/6/2024 17:17 | 10.4 yield Think you’re right price was above selling price When I have done dummy trade sell it’s always lower than the offer price for large amount. Someone is accumulating shares . | genises
17/6/2024 16:59 | It's all about running a very tight ship until AECO is forecast to surpass $2.50 and stay above that level. No non-essential spendCut down T&S with no 1st class flying etcCut SG&A to a minimumMicro manage CAPEX spend etcHopefully POO will be around or above $80 and we make good money when gas is >$2.50Let's just get through this tough period and hope AECO does recover.A very good time to be stake building at these prices and at 9.6p it's delivering a 10.7% yield. | rockyride
17/6/2024 14:54 | What's the yield on this now | money4me
17/6/2024 14:49 | I’m not sure the big trades were all sells. | roundtheworld
