24/4/2006 17:17 | Hi, Well no disputing that this is turning into a complete rout. They seem to have effectively issued a profits warning via t1ps.com, with Tom W asserting that earnings are expected to come in well below the previously-expected 20p EPS level for this year. He's talking about 13p EPS with no forward visibility, which if correct would certainly explain why the share price has been falling. That said, everything has its price, and £10m for the whole of Invox is looking quite tempting for a top-up - after all, how much lower can it go ? Both divisions are still profitable, albeit at a lower level, and at some point will be cheap enough for someone to buy Brightview to acquire another 30,000 Broadband users in one go. Let's hope management put us out of our misery soon by selling both divisions. Or come up with some new product initiatives to increase profits. Overall this share has been a big disappointment & a costly mistake, and is clearly a situation where management have not delivered. Regards, Paul. | paulypilot | |
