Clearly having floated and in the process blown massive amounts of cash, JM now feels that the market may not be for him , if he leaves aim and requires cash then he will be taken out by the money vultures , so will loose the company long term, best he concentrates on turning the company around , if that happens the insti will want this share , and he and any shareholders left will make their pile!
