In the same way I am not allowed to smoke in my own home / van / work place etc etc etc because of the poisonous fumes the cigarettes give off is detrimental to the health of people who choose not to smoke ......

I didn't. I just assumed that if they're so concerned with their human rights, then they would be travelling to China to demonstrate.

Living in a democracy with all our rights taken for granted is such a bore.
