There's a nasty suspicion that we're about to get "stiffed" here because while ALL the market listings,US,China and UK continue to decline, there's no obvious explanation other than institutional holders might know a good deal more about whats going on here than the long suffering private investor.

MOST SHARES HAVE BEEN DUMPED

Not much different than many others

2 days prior to the annual results and CEO announcement there was significant dumping of shares which seems to me like some parties had prior knowledge. I have asked the company to comment and expect the "we are not aware of anything" type of response. Something smells very very fishy here.

"Nerdofsteel, curious as to why you had such a complete change of heart so quickly, surely that is not an unreasonable question?"

No change of heart, I am trying to work out wtf is going on like everyone else.

anyone want a laugh, look at this target price

as has ALWAYS been the case with HCM, the analyst TP's are a work of fiction, the market never gets close

I look forward to seeing Trinity Delta's $500 per ADR 1 year target price FFS

Someone clearly wants out, house broker not doing their job, should intercept and place rather than working the whole lot through the market.

Some support at 290 on L2 ..

Edit: found the NASDAQ site a ;little awkward to use, Barron's seems much more user friendly

this is a hammering beyond anything I have seen, 45% is even more than the botched CKHH placing and that's saying something. On the corporate side they have screwed up AGAIN. Ok they can't control things like a potential PUFDA delay due to delayed inspections, or the fact they will not buckle to the NMPA discount demands in China but FFS they should be in command of the things directly in their control, like CEO succession. Announcing it with ONE DAYS NOTICE is simply not good enough and displays their complete lack of awareness oh how sensitive the market can be and how important these things are to get right. The Chairman has F'd-up here, not that he could care a jot. People like Simon To should know better.

I have observed an emerging trend with companies successfully raising cash via direct placings but subsequently struggle in the secondary main market. Funds will happily hand over 10x millions at multiples of what you can actually buy in the open market.

Quite odd really but becoming very common practice.
