Payment of 2019 Interim Dividend in Sterling
Hunting PLC (LSE : HTG) the international energy services group today announces the foreign exchange conversion rate to Sterling for the interim dividend to be paid to shareholders on 23 October 2019.
As announced in the Company's 2019 Interim Results on 29 August 2019, the Directors declared an interim dividend of 5.0 cents per share. The conversion rate to Sterling has been determined by taking the average US dollar/Sterling exchange rate between 7-9 October 2019, resulting in a final exchange rate to be applied of US$1.2265 to GBP1.
The interim Sterling dividend to be paid to shareholders will therefore be:
4.0766 pence per Ordinary share
