Subscription Agreement Update

Hummingbird Resources plc (AIM: HUM) announces that, further to its previous update on 6 November 2024, the Company continues to engage constructively with the Coris Parties and their advisers to finalise the subscription agreement. The Company anticipates providing a further update on this matter in the coming days.
