Shame to see the deal fall through but It does not reflect badly on hum walking away from a deal, they are the ones with the big new plant surrounded by an ocean of prospective claims, I am sure there are plenty of similar opportunities and the grouching from agg shows who held the upper hand ... unfort I had bought a small clip of agg )-:

Cora deposits are the quid pro quo. No milk spilt.

Focus on higher grade deposits located on its mining permit in closer proximity to its processing plant.

I suspect the drop may be due to AGG afficionados selling. Shouldnt last long. I am expecting a very nice bounce when the gold pour RNS arrives. Just had to take advantage this morning.

Oh well it's a shame the deal fell through, looked like a win win.

Meanwhile the project is still on track and first gold pour proclaimed by management as expected soon. If my timing is correct it could be as early as next week imho.

Can't see anything coming of this. AGG have clearly got the hump because the deal fell through, it makes it look like their assets are not as good as they want people to think.

Since AGG's share price fell on the news, I would have expected HUM's to rise but what would I know. Poor zhockey!

It says in the RNS "The Transaction is subject to certain conditions, including that binding agreements are entered into within 45 days." That time has long passed, so why was it not announced earlier?

Indeed, needs an RNS me thinks. Also not long to go before 31st so cmon Hum where is the first pour?!

Then what is the difference between a "Binding LOI" and a LOI?
divmad

A LOI is just that “intent” so no impact on HUM as no binding legal implication.

According to a poster o the lse bb:

"AGG announced overnight that they have terminated discussions with HUM and are looking at "legal rights and remedies against HUM stemming from termination of the binding LOI". I assume an announcement will come out from HUM today on this - disappointing that this hasn't come to fruition, and feels like it was unfortunately announced prematurely (LOI is a bit weak), which should be a learning experience for HUM. Surprised if AGG's legal analysis gives them any recourse: it was a LOI, you can call it binding all you like..."

Is this correct?
