The 1p options thing was handed badly. That said, there is nothing wrong with rewarding employees with shares rather than cash bonuses. We want the exec team to be aligned with shareholders and share incentives can help with that.

One of the companies I'm invested in structured it much better: they issued "free" shares which went into a performance-based employee incentive scheme and also awarded options at premium prices which vest over three years. In both cases with restrictions attached, e.g. can't sell any for three years.

SHG has risen from 4p (november 2018 to 11p today). I wish i was an idiot like the holders there.

On a point of order Beaufort Securities were prosecuted for fraud in their USA operations and has nothing whatsoever with HUM or AIM stocks so if you are going to deramp to buy in cheaper at least get it right the standard of your posts are appalling and close to securities fraud in the UK so you should watch out incase someone can be bothered to report you to the FCA for trying to manipulate a stock price down for your own personal gain. (I am not saying that they were the most popular broker but lets stick to the truth.)

Could be a couple of slow weeks if no new news imminent, is there much to come out before Q1 results?

So what does this have to do with HUM other than that this broker also brokered shares of HUM? Your subtle allegations is just throwing dirt at the company again. Small cap mining stocks are more often target of p&d than you think.

new-buyer Beaufort promoted Hum. Type in:-Beaufort Securities breakfast alert Hummingbird resources. They were later successfully prosecuted by the FBI for pump and dump stock manipulation. But I'm off here now until Q1 results so don't bother replying.

Like I said on an earlier post to Moljen, I was prepared to stay off here but you two couldn't resist a final dig at me could you? I didn't think it would be polite to leave your posts unanswered and I guess you guys miss me already? BTW new-liar, the link doesn't work. But I guess that is to be expected from one of DB's relations?

sp550g this link is about Beaufort but there has never been a claim that HUM were involved in anyway except of course from our good friend bordertroll, still it's an interesting read and none of us should be surprised by the manipulation that goes on with small and micro caps.

LLB, why would he ever buy in the open market when they issue themselves 1p options? That is the reason that they don't.

If bordertroll stays away from this board for 2 months I will happily match him and hopefully this board will get back to what it was, a useful, informative place for posters to offer opinions, disagree and back up what they believe.

And of course will investors read in these threads. Its often the only sources of information available on small caps...and also the reason why our troll is active here (and naturally will not pause posting here)

It's so ridiculous please leave bordertroll you paid deramper. Still waiting for your source for your pump and dump fbi conspiracy stories.

“OK. I don't believe new investors take notice of what I say on here but I'll vanish for a month or two and see if this share price improves.” Didn’t even last a day, didn’t say you wouldn’t post anything derogatory, said you wouldn’t post but you’ve proved time and time again that you are not a man of your word.

New-buyer Of course it is. So are you. BTW I said I wouldn't post anything derogatory on here about Hum and I won't. But you and moneyfornothing1 are still fair game. Bring it on morons. Have to be quick though, going fishing today in the Gulf of Mexico but your feeble minds will think that's another conspiracy? Tootle pip'ol chaps!

Moljen I'm true to my word. But new-buyer is an idiot and I suspect related to Del Boy in some way. To continually talk this up like he has done with Fsj is IMO far worse than to tell the truth and watch the share price deteriorate.
