16/4/2019 08:42 | Not the update that hum trailed in terms of expectations of ore being mined and processed. They are still in process of both understanding and addressing the impact. To await the forthcoming Q2 report on LOM, resource update, guidance, and revised mining plan. ".... it appears we have incurred unnecessary mining dilution and ore loss. We are in the process of implementing additional procedures and geological checks around the mining of ore, which already appears to be having a positive impact on the grades delivered to the ROM" "We look forward to receiving the updated reserve/resources report in Q2, which will allow us to publish a new Life of Mine plan for Yanfolila. It is also pleasing to note the strong progress we have made on the second ball mill project and we look forward to the positive impact that will bring to our process plant capacity once completed." | rickyhatton

16/4/2019 07:59 | Costs are higher than current POG ?Looks like the price here is going to fall on the open imo. | jeanesy
16/4/2019 07:28 | Dan Betts, CEO of Hummingbird, commented:"The period under review has seen the Company resume mining to plan, following a period of remediation work on the pit wall, with a quarter on quarter increase in production of 33%. In the period, production was impacted by ore depletion from the Komana West pit from historical artisanal workings, which was greater than forecast in the reserve model. We are taking immediate steps to reverse the impact of this dilution through working closely with the mine contractor and as we progress deeper in the pits the impact of this is expected to reduce significantly in the near term as we access areas of expected higher-grade ore.""We look forward to receiving the updated reserve/resources report in Q2, which will allow us to publish a new Life of Mine plan for Yanfolila. It is also pleasing to note the strong progress we have made on the second ball mill project and we look forward to the positive impact that will bring to our process plant capacity once completed." | susiebe

12/4/2019 18:24 | Mushroom Campbell. 5 bagger at the end of the year? And I thought LSD was illegal over there in the UK? This will be back down to 15p at the end of the year.....if we're lucky. And the video of Bert Monro in Cape Town 2018 was exciting wasn't it? Low cost producer? | borderterrier1
12/4/2019 17:27 | Thanks, UKG. $65m EBITDA for 2019 would be nice & $30m debt repayment! | andrewsr

12/4/2019 13:49 | After this length if time, taking into account the glaring mistakes this "management" and Ceo have made and are still making them, how could anyone stay positive with the pathetic state of the share price here? Successful co. share price goes UP, rubbish co. it goes DOWN. Get it? I guess not. So, please get Mummy and Daddy to explain that to you and Mushroom Campbell when they pick you up from kindergarten today. | borderterrier1
12/4/2019 13:41 | One poster is generally positive but does criticise and ask questions whilst the other has 100’s of posts with not one single bit of positivity! Easy to see through the paid deramper isn’t it! | new_buyer
12/4/2019 13:10 | And more ramping from Fsj the boards paid ramper who has been saying the same thing now for 2 years. | borderterrier1
12/4/2019 08:28 | More deranping from our boards paid deramper!! | new_buyer
12/4/2019 08:05 | BT got a great tip for you..........buy some shares in HUM, you might 5 bag from here in 12 months! | fsjamescampbell
11/4/2019 23:14 | NB Another couple of years? You are joking, right? And great news on the 2nd ball mill, gleefully jumped on by Mushroom Campbell. Perhaps they should learn to get more out of the ground so that the price paid for that would be justified? Quote:- "We can't get the ore out of the ground. I know, let's waste another 11 million on another ball mill. That will help us to process the ore we can't mine." Great management tactics. Pity the share price responded by going down yet again. But then that's only to be expected with this outfit. | borderterrier1
11/4/2019 17:37 | Cheers Plasybryn........... | fsjamescampbell
11/4/2019 16:16 | Twitter:Progress on the second ball mill project continues to plan - here's a shot from the first concrete pour last month #HUM #mining #gold #expansion | plasybryn
11/4/2019 16:04 | UKG I hope you are around in a couple of years to admit how wrong you were as I believe you will be wrong. | new_buyer
11/4/2019 14:52 | UKGeorge. Exactly. And Fsj's glowing predictions for someone who is "in the know " are becoming even more disturbing as time goes by. It really looks as though "someone" is feeding him complete B/S. | borderterrier1
11/4/2019 11:44 | There are not many positive posters that have not posted negatively too at times or questioned certain things when they felt the need, I say again go look through BT's posts and find one that is slightly positive? Possibly a paid deramper and I would say that is worse than someone that can't see any bad. | new_buyer
11/4/2019 11:25 | Hi New Buyer, I'm in no way defending BT. He gets on my nerves big time as well. But at least he is consistent and there is a trace of motive. Other positive rampers... I'm not so sure of their motive. Especially the ones that managed to dump lots of shares within seconds of the pitwall and bridge fiasco...yet continue to pull the positive card endlessly since then. | referee1 |
