Fsj. I won't contact you directly via e mail. By doing that I would expose my identity. I will however get an atty to contact you via e mail. Here are the simple terms of the wager. I say I am invested here and I have been for over two years. You say I am NOT invested and never have been. Correct? Please let me know if I am missing something? The wager is $100,000 Loser pays all legal fees. You will quickly find out that I am not a gutless worm. However,as far as gutless worms go, I think you are confusing me with our Ceo? It will give me the greatest pleasure to expose you as the lying, coniving, nasty piece of work that you really are. And of course, relieve you of $100,000 plus expenses.

New-buyer. Please don't take my word for it, my opinion here is seconded by many. Please read Darolas (who was at one time a positive poster and long time investor here) take on Hum management, Ceo etc. on the LSE bb. IMO he's100 % right.

New-liar. But bragging is just part of your lying nature. It's hard to bet with frustrated liars, they always welsh on bets. BTW I was up $8,000 yesterday. Pretty darn good eh? I'm sure that put a smile on your face. It did on mine. Or rather gold mine. BTW please tell your lover Fsj that I'm waiting to take his money. Beautiful day here, 72 degrees and I'm going fishing again in the Gulf. Oh sorry, I forgot. I'm supposed be in a tent in a layby near Watford Gap sucking Werthers Originals aren't I? Tootle pip 'ol beans! Have a nice day! Rest assured, I will.

BTW please take a look at AAZ. Well run company.

Further to my gold rant:

In the last 8 years gold hit its lowest point end of 2015 (1058$/oz)/start of 2016 (1060$/oz). Below the average annual gold prices over the last 8 years - HUM can easily be profitable at any of those numbers.

Average gold price in U.S. dollars per troy ounce
2017 1,257.12
2016 1,250.74
2015 1,160.06
2014 1,266.4
2013 1,411.23
2012 1,668.98
2011 1,571.52
2010 1,224.53

The penny options really grate don't they.. the BOD should be rewarded for setting it all up and bringing the mine to production, but do it when they've ironed out all the wrinkles, addressed their mistakes and announced a maiden dividend tho' so we can all share in HUM's success..

IF any options are exercised against the backdrop of recent events, that's going to get some backlash..

Agreed. Though the HUM BOD have a few things to contemplate. There have been some avoidable errors. They also need to stay clear of some of the kind of folk they kept bumping into - no need to name names, everyone knows who they are.

Also, no more 1p options!

I can't see myself adding more than smallish stakes until I have a better feel that management have brushed up, straightened their ties and put a shine on their boots, metaphorically speaking.

This could be the steal of the year at 18p #Casual47, as soon as they have a remedial plan/design for the pit to make it safe, but this is no 5 minute job to plan it let alone action it, and complete it. Removing 000's of tonnes of rock to do so without being able to bring in the plant to do it is going to be costly to production, let's say if half the fleet are busy doing this work, production is going to be halved..

FY targets will be out of the window, but we should get an update sometime soon hopefully with some sort of timeline for events..

New_Buyer I guess that means Fsj is welshing on the waqer? And that's a shame. But it does prove once again that I am right. When are you going to accept the facts? This is going nowhere because of the Ceo and inexperienced Bod. Why don't you vent your frustrations on them, not me? After all, its their fault. I'm hoping there will be a TO down the line of about 20p a share. I wish it was more than that but this is going from bad to worse. I don't know what the continued silence proves apart from maybe Attie with the "over 40 years mining experience" doesn't know what he's doing. And the Ceo and rest of Bod are right behind.

New_liar Lets get Fsj's wager out of the way first. Then I will deal with you. Here's the terms Fsj:-

1. I say I am invested and have been for some time, shares with Hargreaves Landsdown, Scottrade and TD Ameritrade. You say I am not.
2. The wager is $100,000.
3. Both parties to pay the agree sum into a neural Bank account.
4. Loser pays ALL legal fees.

Agreed?

Fsj. You're on $100,000 it is. Please contact a lawyer in the San Antonio area and ask him to contact me on here. I will make an appointment to see him and deposit my $100,000 as soon as we have a written contract.

Why are all these panicky posters pretending that gold will forever be sub-$1000/oz? We have had spikes up and down for ever and a day. Do they last? No. There has only been one constant throughout time: the price of gold goes up.

Fact: the average gold price to date in 2018 is higher than the average gold price in 2017. That's how it works: there are dips, there are highs but on average the gold price does very well thank you very much.

The overwhelming consensus is that gold is on the up. There are analysts who claim there will be a fall down to $1000/oz or even below but all of the ones I have come across who say that are convinced it will just as sharply bounce back to then go much, much higher than where it is now.

There is right now no indication of gold heading for $1000/oz. In fact, the gold price on 11th November briefly tested getting back in the $1185-$1205/oz channel which prevailed for most of September but pretty sharpishly pulled its toe back to retreat in the new channel at $1215-$1230/oz which was established October 10th.

If you want to deramp then deramp. But don't patronize us with the "but what if gold goes below $1000/oz". If this is something that truly worries you then you shouldn't be investing in gold miners.

Casual, what about at 980/oz?

It's direction that spooks the market.

New_buyer Attys are expensive over here. Not as expensive as I am but I am happy for Fsj to contact a lawyer of his choice in the San Antonio area. The lawyer can then contact me through ADVFN. I will make an appointment to see him etc. As the loser, Fsj will pick up the tab. Btw this is still a dog, the Ceo and management are still incompetent and you may be still in profit (just) but don't worry, you won't be soon.
