So, episode behind us now. 700m shares outstanding giving a market cap of 90m. Net debt down to be about 100m now. Has a good chance to benefit from the upturn in growth. Will be on AIM in new year

Ok I get the 27pps calc which is purely theoretical and they're a long way from that. If you're right good luck. it would still require a 30-40% step up in profitability from where they are today plus a demonstration that the business can generate real free cashflow, something it has failed to do for years and servicing debt at 8% in the current market when competitors are borrowing at 3-4% just doesn't work imho.

I was saying that at 200m market cap the shares would be 27p.I wouldn't read too much into PI's not taking up entitlements. That hs been a constant theme this year. You're basing your assumptions of future performance on the recent past which has been againstvthe backdrop of an awful economy. Dozens of companies have raised equitythis year to reduce debt - that is not unusual.Going forward the company is perfectly capable of generating normal industry margins on its substantial revenue base

Dealy your maths is wrong. c740 shares at say 12 p/share is £90m market cap. Don't know where you get 27pps from. Virtually none of the small investors took up their entitlement which says a lot. Most have already suffered a 95% loss and yet same chair and none execs will be at the egm today!Numis will do their best to flog out the rest today I'm sure but none of the original institutions will go near it imho.Fundamentally this business doesn't generate the margins to deliver a cash return that's why it has struggled. It is entirely dependant upon delivering top line growth and clearly that hasn't happened this year. This equity raise saves them from a debt default and buys some more time but there is no compelling equity story in my view other than a take private at a small premium by tosca et al and then trying to replace expensive debt with more equity and lower cost bank debt to improve cash generation.

So 50m shares on offer today for institutions at 10p. I reckon they will find buyers easily. Will probably make the price dip this morning with recovery next week

Can you trust them? This company has proven by it's past performance that it wouldn't have been able to hire lifebuoys to the passengers on the titanic.

Thanks bad.Had a quick glance. Once the transaction is completed by December 7th or 8th there will be 737m shares in issue, but the company will be 50m better off.So what is the newly capitalised company worth? 200m? That would be 27p per share. That should be achievable soon. Also if animal spirits are with us next year post Covid then we could see a strong business performance.

It had to happen but hardly solves the free float issue which I see they are still pondering over.
