Its actually 180 days. Agreed with the performance to date , I bought loads in the float and its been hopeless so far.

Lockup prevents any sales by current backers for 90 days.
I bought at IPO so not exactly thrilled to be down at the open but not overly bothered either as there is a solid business that is reliant on the UK construction business which is doing pretty well at present.
I was looking at buying John Laing but have decided against it. On balance it is probably better to wait until the stock is trading to see how the market has reacted to the pricing.

The problem with this share is the promotors still have a load of shares to sell in then next 3 months so it could be good when they are out

Does anyone know if it pays a divi? Can't find any mention of it doing so.
Bought in the IPO as a bit of a punt.

Took a big chunk in the IPO myself.
A little disappointed at the initial reception but happy to hold for the medium term as it clearly has scope to expand the business.
The last set of financials were pretty strong with over £15M profit for the 6 months, if that is repeated over the year then it would put the business on a p/e of only about 11 which looks like decent value to me.

Last years results (year ending sept 2014) werent too bad either...headlines:

£272m revenue
£67m earnings (adjusted EBITDA)
26% return on assets

and 25% EBITDA margin. Admittedly the numbers are adjusted ,but impressive nevertheless

I like this float . 2nd in UK after Speedy Hire so would imagine the City will like this one esp. as its also in same area as Ashtead supplying big corporates such as Heathrow Airport .

I'm surprised they got this away at all, quite a feat considering its bust-up balance sheet and loss-making recent history.
The PI group behind it must be heaving a massive sigh of relief.

Priced at bottom of range and straight away trades at a discount!!
Investment bankers and venture cap owners take note..price issues properly and don't be greedy!
