Been using Homechoice for six months without any problems. For £20/month it represents excellent value. Could not go back to a modem.

I used to run a sales team for the agency that used to do Homechoice sales until a year ago. They had a lot of problems then with the Croydon server but things appear to have been sorted out. My friend works as one of the sales reps for them so if you live in the London area and are interested in signing up for the service or want more info email me at [e-mail] and i will pass your emails on to him. As an aside E-Capital have a small stake in Homechoice so they may be worth watching.

Just had Homechoice installed today, very pleased with them so far.
Had a couple of problems re internet and outlook express, but was sorted out straight away over the phone.

Juat a point which may not be obvious, which is that the declared line speed of Homechoice is 115K both ways versus 512K download/256K upload for other ADSL providers. BT ADSL is £39.99 a month.

Yup. Sorry, forgot to mention the speed. Using the various speedcheckers, here and , I typically get around 90k downloads which is fast enough for my needs. There are a few other users on here and I think they're all happy.

Used it for about 1 year now and think it excellent value. My instillation went like clockwork , had a couple of minor problems early on caused by me not them but their free support sorted and have had zero downtime for about 4 months now on the Croydon server. Only rarely use the video-on-demand but good if you like movies. You can watch a movie , be on the net and on the phone all at the same time - amazing for £20/month. Highly recommend.

I am considering to subscribe to HomeChoice adsl service...I'd appreciate if anyone here alreasy using it could tell me their opinions on the service...
