The Final Terms follows the form of Final Terms contained in the Prospectus
dated 5 December 2007 in relation to Cargill, Incorporated's US$6,000,000,000
Euro Medium Term Note programme which has been approved by the Commission de
Surveillance du Secteur Financier in Luxembourg as a base prospectus. The Final
Terms is available for viewing: Final Terms dated 18 March 2008 in relation to
the issue of MXN2,500,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due March 22, 2011 under the
Cargill, Incorporated US$6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note programme (the
"Final Terms")
