Q3 update due on Monday, if they say fully funded to BFS its good enough for me for me for no placing at 3p

ayesha4,

Griffiths has also recently upped his stake in Communisis and so it does look like he is rotating some of his holdings presently.

ayesha - the call eluded you. I think you are spot on with ARS and HZM but I'm not sure about ZIOC as I don't know it. The bagger is nailed on imho but we have to be patient.

MaverickFfsGo back to the posts. I said a placing was on the way. I was shouted down. It came. I said the licence wouldnt be granted in the time frame - it wasnt. Yes I sold. At the wrong time. I was wrong. Position is strong in Asiamet - albeit after a big gamble in BNN. The guys talking this down dont see the bigger picture. They have a massive partner in Glencore. The hard work has already been done. The payday is at most 6 months away. Placing or no placing. The placing at Asiamet was much lower than the share price now. This is one of my three to tuck away - ARS, ZIOC and HZM.I still believe BNN will come good. Call me deluded but thats my view.

Strow,

Many thanks for your detailed reply, helps me get a picture now of where you’re coming from on the point of raising some cash. More a case of prudence than funds for the next stage. Which is perhaps fair enough with markets being toppy currently. I couldn’t rationalise the need to get a large placing out now when we don’t have clarity on the actual need. Thanks for explaining your view.

Uapatel-honestly I have no idea and obviously everyone the best time to do a working capital raise would be post bfs.But I have been here as have a few others a very long time and the board have a habit of surprising us with these placings not always following absolute logic to shareholders.I think maybe even as little as $4m would be very healthy working capital to keep the wolf from the door. This should easily last 18 months whilst everything else including the capex raise takes place.Older investors will know what happens on Aim when the general market tanks and it is decimated big time no matter how good the stock.So.......one could argue to those with experience about risk/benefit and fill the coffers a little more now as a compromise rather than with a very frothy and overbought US market be on the wrong side of a wider market move downwards.I know a lot of you guys who are appearing on this board now from several stocks in the past and I know that none of you are stupid and some of you are very experienced on Aim,so you will know what I am talking about.

Bulletin board upon bulletin board has demonstrated again and again and again that Ayesha's views and comments merely reflect whether he is long or short or in or out of a stock. Nothing else. Best ignored.

Going to the debt providers and institutions with a market cap of circa £100mill would be the preferred scenario, with a fairly stable share price

Strow,

Interested to hear your view on how much you think would need to be raised if you think a placing around 3p. That’s a good discount to the closing price and appreciate you are just speculating, but you have a concern, so interested to hear you thoughts further.

My view (and I don’t really know that much either way) is that surely the time to raise would be when the BFS is available. As at that point the actual next stage and plan can be assessed.

StrowRecent raise was for working cap and BFS . If they need any cash , it should be small I am sure Finance required via Debt/equity/JV will already be in their minds with interested parties as BFS is known by Q1. Licence should also be granted. But let's forget takeover can happen anytime BFS .Exciting 6 months ahead .. we long term holders have been waiting for this moment and it is now in touching distance
