Hi All, I've just got back from the general meeting, the following are from memory of what was said. Apologies if it's a bit disjointed.

Again as at this year's AGM, very positive atmosphere, definitely the impression given was that the placing was a major success for a junior company like HZM, and the increasing Ni price has helped. HZM was able to place the shares without a discount to selected, large long term investor institutions, which would not have been possible even a few months ago. A lot of interest from Canada and as liquidity improves there is likely to be even more interest. No single Ni investment opportunity in Canada that is ready for production or not carrying a lot of debt.

The trial mining as recommended by Snowden will be a chance to test contractors and may provide a proven resource figure. Also further exploration of the increased land portfolio should increase current resource. JM spoke of building up the HZM team for the next stage of development.

Regarding the asset, good saprolite finds are rare, plenty of limonite but at low grades. There are not the Ni resources out there at HZM's grades ready to be exploited.

Institutions are beginning to upgrade or re-enter the base metal market and as HZM is a pure Ni investment there is expected to be increased interest. This current placement was at 2p, good compared with the price a few months ago, no discount and it is expected that institutions are more likely to hold shares rather than sell back into the market.

Licencing proceeding as planned, lot of support from local officials as it offers employment and infrastructure. Also proximity to workforce should allow commuting rather than need to have onsite accommodation etc.

On a general note, Indonesia now producing FeNi for the international market rather than China and China's NiPI under pressure from lower grades. (I also think pollution is an issue for Chinese authorities i.e. they might close them down).

Again JM said HZM valued at one cent Ni in ground, could rise to five cents and at a Ni price of 12 to 14k$/tonne HZM makes very good money but price is not enough to incentivize new mines.

A lot of discussion was had by board about where to source money for FS. The Private Equity route, though available, was not the first option, though available if needed. HZM marketed to a small group of targeted blue chip investors and existing large shareholders, and successfully placed. No need to "me- scour the market for small investments".

Strategy now is to market HZM to the wider market and increase interest at the retail level. Both in UK and Canada.

Hope the above is of use, I didn't remember everything said but I've tried to be accurate with what I have remembered.

Agree, just took some very good profits at PXS which I will use to top up here, think this is a much better opportunity for sustained growth. Everything seems to be slotting into place just as the nickel price is about to appreciate

I tend to agree-the Placing will be completed next week.With that out of the way,the company looks totally undervalued.Dont see much after placing exits as the big investors are long term holders so hopefully no overhang

My view on it is we will slowly see a rise up to BFS to about 10p then when everything is in place we could well see a takeover after that.

thanks twigs-I think we are looking at an NPV for a 2 line project of $500m or over at this nickel price,so still as cheap as chips for larger bidders/miners with the cash to fund it

No Twigs,but I wouldnt worry based on the price movement.Could be short closing from several days back or possible "liquidity transfers" from canadian line of stock or something to do with placing.

Should be a holding RNS coming? Pinkfoot agreed it will move up quickly after placing is completed but I don't see a takeover until after BFS is completed at the earliest.nice to see it's now getting some attention and things are feel more positive here.

I think this will move up quickly once the names involved in the Placing are revealed next week-I also think the company will be bought quickly thereafter

surprised this has not spiked more on short covering,unless this is what some of this gradual rise is about? There must have been a significant short position until recently i would have thought

twigs - v much doubt it - never have got that price. Could be delayed from last week.
