Marky,
Rather than keeping this expensive cow have you considered buying an Ostrich?

19.50 looks like a decent entry point for a punt with a little patience...

I have no doubt this is being played, be brave investors as I am...The drop is completely manipulated without any basis whatsoever. As I've stated in the past, its not always dependent on the price of crude which has not seen a sudden demise...

Even without pudding and pie, technicals suggest trend is strong and decent upwards momentum is imminent here. Remember It doesn't always follow crude...

Hi Andy, thank you.
The pdf doc was issued from HE, although just an summary doc. I also down loaded the Supplementary Prospectus which I thought would have been more current.
PMO as has been said before really do rate as a excellent case study for finance / economic students. Which I am definitely not.

Surf,
That 2.7% is a bit of a red herring.
From press reports I understand ARCM were the largest single creditor reported to hold 15% of the debt so assuming the shares issued to the creditors were equally spit (they weren't but there were a lot of smoke and mirrors in the prospectus) then 15% of the 18% the creditors now own equates to the 2.7% lock up threshold but with their short position they held a net 2.4% of the new shares in issue so are not subject to any lock up restrictions.
To think ARCM were given over 50% of what the PMO shareholders were left with shows what a poor deal this was.

•Former Premier shareholders 5% None N/A
•Former Premier creditors 18% None N/A
•EIG 36% 36%12 months
• Former EIG Investors 33% 33% 6 months
• Chrysaor legacy investors / other 8% 8% 6 months

Good luck.

Not all creditors will sell up hence instead of taking money they took sharesThey took the shares to keep or sell at a later date We all know this new company is a cash cow hence potential muted of a 1p dividend or buy back of shares, maybe both

Shaf,
This was tonight's after hours trades (or some of them), you'll see a lot are from yesterday so to try to track all the the buys and sells to determine how many creditor shares are left would be a mammoth task.
I think we will all be able to see when they have been rinsed by how the market reacts.
Good luck.

Surf,
There is absolutely no way they could have acquired almost all of the previous share capital in one day, they crossed the threshold on the 1st.
My guess is they are part of the former owners of Chrysoar who are made up of global investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and other asset managers.
Good luck.

Ba_nned from STX because the masses can't see anything other than being sentimental towards the company - there's a distinct difference would you not say Dave?

...But dont despair just yet as it will soon become apparent and its not often the 'Champ' is wrong with his insightful decisions my dear friend!

...Hehe, a 'Troll Lonely Space, always a good idea to have some substance to your thoughts rather than...well I'm sure you get my drift there buddy!

Hey AndyPop, hope all is well.
What are your thoughts regarding the RNS on Marshfield Advisers 4.7% acquired? I would have thought this amount of purchase would have raised the price a bit more than it has. My reasoning being that creditors are held regarding disposal for 3 and 6 months.
So why does Marshfield Advisers purchase now?
