A £3bn+ market cap company. This should get a lot more interest from institutional investors than PMO did.

The Company's 925,532,809 existing ordinary shares and 17,585,119,330 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 1 April at 0800 BST. The Company's shares will trade under the name Harbour Energy plc and ticker symbol "HBR" and will be registered with ISIN GB00BLGYGY88.

Ownership structure on Completion

At Completion, the shares in Harbour Energy plc were owned approximately as follows:

-- EIG Global Energy Partners 36%;
-- Former EIG shareholders 33%;
-- Former Premier creditors 18%;
-- Chrysaor legacy investors 8%; and
-- Former Premier shareholders 5%.

Appears to me that there is not much upside from the present share price (370p).

I think Private Equity is a more likely buyer than Big Operator. HBR CEO has a track record with PE while B Operator is more in resource conservation mode than investment mode. Also Education is not big ehough to solve their problems.

HBR's problem is that its attractive hi growth divisions contribute only 50% of profits while the slow / no growth divisions contribute the remainder.

Big tour operators have realised Education is the next growth market to be in.
Holidaybreak has a significant share of the Education market.
I fear Holidaybreak may be sold too cheaply in current economic conditions. My two year price target is well above £6.
