It was all about big NASDAQ tech in the last 10 years, in fact longer, the right growth stocks, Amazon being the classic example. FB Twitter Shopify..there are loads of examples. Tin hat gold and silver mining investors hoping for the end of the world so gold would moon...missed the point...completely...wrong tree they/we’ve been barking up. Hard to admit. But true.
My children hold this in their ISAS. For them, being under water on HOC is not an issue as they are 2 and 4. I have put a lot of money into a certain crypto that has already moved up significantly and I expect it will go up 1000% in the next year, certainly more than 200% anyway. I am done with gold and silver mining shares.

HOC Q2 results very good as expected. On track for a record 40 million Ag equiv oz for the full year cf guidance of 38 million oz.

Also likely to be debt free by the year end with net debt reduced by $34 million in the quarter to $66 million. So if cash continues to be generated at the present rate net debt should fall to $33 million next quarter and approx zero by year end. The fly in the ointment is falling PM prices. If they don't pick up soon then it may take a bit longer to pay down the outstanding debt. Also corporate action with joint ventures and acquisitions may come into play in the next 6 months.

Arcata is continuing to be loss making which will be a brake on Interim results and for the FY. The company overall is in very good shape.

No one don't know nothing on here. Facts are important, not someones opinion. The disappearance of GS888, who "supposedly" has a big investment - you would have though he'd have something to say. All this "support" talk is rubbish.

Long term $1240 uptrend support gone so significant stops being activated, PM's now in no mans land IMHO.

Not heard about $1200 support personally.

juju44 banksters are creating sellers to scoop up cheap, been active with KAZ, CAML which are non PM.
$1200 gold has been pretty supportive so expect bounce happens about there. Quite possibly by end of this week. Many shares not reacted much to recent waterfall attack and it goes on mainly due to dollar strength too, supect that is now heavily overbought.
