Why have they invoked a regulatory clause (Schedule 5g) that implies they are a party not normally entitled to trade within a close period? Does that mean they have personal connections with a director?

70p looks like its a key support level (that is until it falls to 60p). Some big trades at this price.

read your message regarding support.

I would just to add and say that if 70p gives way then the next level will be 69p, after that 68p and i kid you not after 68p its then 67p.

I do hope you find this post as worthwhile as your own, and thanks for taking the time to read it.

A lesson learnt.. next time a hedge fund tries to kick this company into shape - trust them and not the HB... HSBC are clearly upto their necks in this as well... If we are not back to a decent price level by the AGM then I think we demand an independent audit to see whats happened to the £390m invested so far... the projects must be awash with cash given purchasers pay for the flat as its constructed- and only the last 5% on completion...phase 1 is 80% sold and so far phase 2 construction hasnt begun.. so wheres the money???? The reason our preferred dividend is being delayed, IMO, is so that the HB can push forward with the merger of HRCO into the development company at a huge cost to HRCO shareholders... they will no doubt offer a pittance a share or a swap into the new entity... The board and management here are an utter disgrace..

Although a holder here its hard to disagree with matt regarding the short term outlook...

As I have posted I'm sure the value will be realised one day but there is just lack of catalyst

Someone is buying big though, there have been numerous large 200k and 20k shares bought. The shorters may be caught out.

As I have posted I'm sure the value will be realised one day but there is just lack of catalyst which means short term technicals prob win.. (unless we get some form of corporate action)

The HB clearly don't give a hoot about the share price and have no respect for their shareholders... Its an absolute disgrace and a lesson learnt.

Short here. Got to be one of the worst performing stocks on the market at present.

Would anticipate some support around the 60p area but if that fails then 50p is definitely a possibility and will tie in nicely with the bottom of the rsi down channel.

If you look on the the Hirco website (not hirco plc) the HB are now planning to launch many more township projects across India..

I think something will have to happen here otherwise investors for those projects will be nigh on impossible to attract...

Part of the reason that Panvel / Channai projects are moving so slowly is that monies are being used from the completed stages to fund the next phases... In india you pay in stages as the apt is constructed..

If you read the recent chairmans letter / interims hirco plc has 2 years working capital which ties in with the date when cash should start to be returned from the SPVs

The value is here its just difficult to know what the catalyst is that will get it freed up..

This stock could well be a value trap for the next 2 years but equally it wouldn't surprise me if we see a low ball offer which many except just to get back some cash..
