I expect the problem is that no one really knows what that revenue might be.

Can't remember the detail, but I posted on the other thread that HLL have a big promotional push planned. I presume that this will roll out over the coming months in order to coincide with the summer. Based on historic numbers they were the 11th biggest luxury ice crean brand in the UK.

Trouble is we have no idea of knowing how well they will do over the summer. Starting in 11th place should mean they can only improve, but at the same time they are a small player and don't reall have the resources to compete against Hagendaaz, B&J and supermarket own brands.

They could spend a chunk of cash on promoting their brand but still be largely ignored by consumers for a number of reasons - priced too high, unfamiliar brand, odd flavours, not prominent shelf space, etc.
