Hill & Smith announces that on 11 October 2024, Nick Adcock, Group President, has been granted an option over 1,131 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at an option price of £16.40 per share. This grant has been made under the rules of the Company's HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme.

 

As a result of this transaction, Nick Adcock retains share options over 15,462 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
