Exercise of ShareSave Options
Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ("Hill & Smith" or the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following exercise of employee share options by Derek Muir, Chief Executive of Hill & Smith, under its 2005 Employee ShareSave Scheme.
Derek Muir acquired 4,855 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 January 2016 through the exercise of his ShareSave options at an option price of 238.00 pence per share following the maturity of the ShareSave grant awarded in 2010.
As a result of this exercise of ShareSave options Derek Muir now has a beneficial interest in 215,607 ordinary shares of the Company and holds conditional performance LTIP awards/Options over 261,183 ordinary shares of the Company.
