This is a stay of execution,it allows them to stay in control of the business until they can find a way forward.........TCA cannot get the loan back by issuing a winding up order........it's a delaying tactic that just MIGHT work if a contract award is close...........I don't think the German courts would allow it without reasonable grounds...........it's still in very choppy waters imho.

You don't go to all this trouble without the backing from TCA, they must have some idea of the type of contracts HTIG can deliver, odd that my stop loss was triggered yesterday and today we have positive news 8-((

Hightex have told us they are discussing the loan so,surely,they need to tell us via rns what the outcome is.I hope it's good news.I think it's reasonable to be wary until that news is out.
I'm not sure those of you (mostly on LSE bb) are aware of other players in this field,Birdair,Fabritec,Seele,Vector Foiltec etc......all probably financially better placed to win contracts.
I still believe Hightex are the best technically......in a kind of "vorsprung durch tecnik" way.......but until the loan is guaranteed......be careful.

Mb Hightex’s expertise is needed….As reported “ It now emerges that contractors Balfour Beatty had encountered difficulties installing the complex roof that will cover the athletics track and the retractable seats that will be rolled into position during the football season. The stadium, originally designed to be reduced to a 25,000 capacity bowl after the Games, cost £429 million ($693 million/€543 million) to build in the first place. It is understood that the overall cost will rise still further because there are still a handful of smaller contracts still to be finalised. The roof on the stadium, which West Ham will move into as primary tenants at the beginning of the 2016-17 season, is the largest of its kind in the world and requires construction techniques normally used to build oil rigs in the North Sea. What ever happens Htig have a strong BOD to see it out, worth the risk at this price.

femaletrader - no you haven't, as far as I know Hightex have played no part in that contract as yet, unless they've been doing it as a foreigner!

There is a limit to how much drivel we can tolerate - lots of contracts are possible and longstanding investors are aware of many but it's all down to negotiating the loan now, even a contract is useless unless they secure finance or get the Brazilian money.

There's still hope, making up unsubstantiated claims does not help investors that are in it for more than a few sessions and can lose newbies their entire investment.

If true post proof or retract!!!

This is for 21trader, who is red ticking me....i'm back in this, watched today and the drop has happened...from bid 0.21p to 0.125p, might go down more but for a small punt on a low MC company that may give a RNS contract out any time and with the seller gone this can get back up to 0.25p no probs.

I have been watching the trades today and on most buys the price has dropped, that 1.5m has reversed that, they bought @ 0.1315pm the way it's been today the offer would have gone to 0.131p but it's gone up to 0.1319p make of this as you will, GLA!!

The price has gone from 0.075p to 0.22p now it's @ 0.13p, if anyone wants a gamble on a low cap company then now would be your chance, GLA!!!
