Here long term down 10% expecting more but like the long term play of Russian business. Sanctions to be lifted in a more economically uncertain world. Also can only see them growing. Gold is good play as we're entering uncertain times economically.

Was sat on the fence regarding a top up here, but a gold close below 1255 probably indicates a move to 1241 so will probably wait even though adding while the yield is above 7% is so tempting

The Yanks have to raise rates to save face plus it'll give them ammunition to lower them as surely new problems from this credit fueled binge come home to roost.
The world is used to low interest rates plus its never been in more debt, raising rates will show as the tide goes out who's wearing no clothes.

US interest rates have just been raised, gold down
from $1300 and hgm have fallen a few pence,
lets keep it sensible whichever side you are on.
