17/1/2019 19:31 | What happened to HIBU/YELL is exactly what is now happening to Debenhams. Mike Ashley has pointed out that the management are burning cash as fast as they can. Large US debt holders. Wonder who the restructuring experts will be. Detoilets? Personally I think the law needs changing. There are circumstances where restructuring is appropriate, however management should be legally obliged to run a company for the shareholders and not be party to deliberate debt hijack imho.
