Actually I have not had or my contract yet so not at that stage.
I will not be disclosing my true identity or any damaging info on HIBU.

The point of my comment on this board is that there is hope for others, my hands are now tied, but good luck to those that are in pursuit i.e HSG etc.

My solicitor has now got to the stage in legal negotiations with HIBU`s lawyers that they are going to settle my claim out of court,been over two years to get here.
In the end the evidence against HIBU would have been very very damaging to their relaunch & IPO.
Negotiations are underway on an offer to settle my case, which is for the total value of my holding plus costs.

But of course I do not exist & this settlement does not exist for legal reasons.

I don't want to know how much you are entitled to just how it is going to be worked out I had circa 500k shares

There is a lot happening on the corporate front at HIBU at present, I understand the business is making very good progress in rebuilding the business & the bottom-line profits margins.

I hear also that progress is being made by SOME former HIBU shareholders in their fight to get something from the company. Watch the Media for the next installments to come.

Hibu was just a company vehicle to park shareholders in then dump in order to protect the brand name.

That was the plan A but unfortunately things have not gone according to plan, and are about to get even worse.

Matt,

I can't tell you on here exactly what we are up to but believe me we are not going away and letting this drop. Things are happening in the background, as I sure they are with you, and should hopefully come to light very soon.

Quite a few people have been very naughty in respect of Hibu, or should I say Yell, and they would be shocked as to how much evidence we have been able to obtain.

Quindell shareholdrs still have shares & some have sold them but they still have grounds to sue! how much more so us HIBU shareholders who had our shares taken away from us.

HIBU Shareholders should be considering this type of legal action.
