Can anyone direct me to any information or news on how the case against
Hibu is going lost shed loads on this and could do with a little hope.

Sometime in the new year the flood gates for litigation should open. I have the press on board to apply some pressure on G`ment & Hibu as well.

Hibu are doing very well growing the business & profits so a float next year is a strong prospect which will be good for my action against the old hibu board.

I think I can say that the targets are now far more diverse than you might expect. Things have gone off at all different angles. Just follow the evidence.
A lot of water has flowed under the bridge.

It is true things have not gone as quickly as we would have liked but believe me when I say it is not the fault of the HSG10. There are powerful people involved and it is a struggle, but we are making progress.

How are you getting on with your fight ?

If HSG are doing Lots? Why is there no legal action through the courts with the money that they got from hsg members. Is it still the case that members are being told there is lots going on, but are never told what the details or what the case against HIBU is going to be, it must be kept a secret as there are spies everywhere?

Over a year now that these hsg 10 have had your money (I understand they want even more money from you lot) & still nothing even Hibu gave you a quicker resolution to your shareholding than these serective hsg 10, what & why are they hiding???

There are other people out here fighting HIBU using all manner of tools & getting results they have gone public because they are the aggreived parties & need all the support they can get.

Hi,
I received an email from you dated the 4th of October. I complied with the instructions and the result was unsuccessfull.
I emailed you on the 7th of October and also today, they are in my sent messages folder, but I did not get the immediate confirmation that the emails had been sent as is normal.
Any other person who has been successfull could be a problem, it cannot be me, their successfullness could have been ongoing for a while??
It is possible my emails have not been getting through to you??
Also wondering what the purpose was in your email of the 4th October?

Email me and also post confirmation here please, hope this is not going to be a problem. Could be my(?) email is compromised.
