Philgyuk - "what is HER really worth?"

HER is worth zero at the moment. The extraction of copper for profit is light years aware. This is the same old story with new faces and new money. I doubt if any traders made any money here. Invariably what happens is that the MM allow you to buy at low prices say 0.06p and prevent you from selling at high prices say 0.10p.

You have to wait until the price drops back down to 0.06p. The flippers who own the stock at 0.045 have first priority.

The volatility being witnessed are the technicalities of the MM drip feeding the 0.045p stock into the markets and shorts and longs closing and taking up positions.

This stock will drift down to 0.045p. AVOID

Or hands up the ones that bought 0.06p and sold over 0.1p two side to the trade, at least we know they aren't going bust, for sure not for the faint- hearted, so the risk is always there, so you expect to make decent returns when the opportunity comes.

Should be a lively rest of the year ahead!

They were shorting it apparently.

So the question is - what is HER really worth? It has been valued in the past up to approx. £18 million. A new, very experienced board and more funding could be a game changer. Also, the new shareholders at 0.045p will be looking for profits not a loss. There seems to be a glimmer of hope here but not for the faint-hearted!

NY Boy,HER could rise like a pheonix from the ashes.

I hold Mariana,averaging my holding some years back and yesterday the company got bid for.The bid price was over ten times the low of some years back albeit still well below the highs enjoyed back in 2010.We all know that mining is a cyclical business and it's feasible that the cycle is turning.Herencia has always had reasonable assets.Herencia's problem is the failure to attract finance.Now this is a common problem for small explorers but a real problem for Herencia It has a shareholder listed dominated by Lind,an equity drawdown lifeboat operation.Horizonte's shareholder list by comparison makes Herencia's look pitiful.

Coming back to Mariana,the reason that it got taken over was that it had a game changer in the minority stake it acquired in Hot Maden in Turkey a couple of years back Herencia doesn't really have a game changer.Same old assets....only thing that's new is management.You better hope you've got a couple of Sam Allerdyces on board!

The Jorc is the next pice in the puzzle. Herencia friends get a cheep placing..out pop's a nice yummy rns.. and some ones doing quite well.

What do you think is going to happen when 2 billion shares at.045 come onto the market, when the current share price is more or less double that?

I'd hazard a guess that will put some downward pressure on the price....


Let's assume herencia have near enough £1 mill gbp. 6.7 billion shares, that's a net asset value of around .014 pence per share, vs a current share price of .07....

Again, quite a premium to its nav. I can understand the sentiment around insecurity of forward funding now being eliminated, but still seems way over priced to me...

Does herencia have a jorc compliant resource estimate yet?

I've not seen one, but happy to be corrected if one exists....

No reading the situation wrong the new guys have been put in by the funding guys, old lot out, new opportunities and returns on investments likely, good entry point imho for investors with a fresh mindset. GLA whether you are in for a fast buck, like earlier, well played there, I suspect many that sold high,are in for another crack at lower levels, knowing this time, it's not going bust. Or you are buying for a longer term hold.

Fast moving the new investors are liking the story, new management, new funds, open pit mining is the attraction, could become of the 2017 recovery mining plays, Wouldn't have secured funding if there was no hope, these guys don't throw their money down the drain.

Yes other than Warren Buffet is of the school of Cash Flow and there isn't any bloody cash flow with a junior mining explorer paying handsome salaries and generating nil revenue.

I'm in at average .095 so will hold, have done well here over last couple of months so happy to hold a while a see where we end up! Sentiment is there for sure..
