SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ME! | ![]() stockready
14/9/2015 14:16 | Martyn Agreed with you, and really liked to know the thoughts of Corbin and others who continouesly supported this clown, naively I should say. Corbin is a top guy, but when I was shouting for danger 3 years ago, no one wanted to listen, look where we are today, a complete utter mess, with this dummy still in charge! how on earth that is still possible after all the failures and lies that this clown to still be in charge? can someone please explain that to me? thank you IMHO GLA | ![]() stockready
14/9/2015 13:20 | Has anyone emailed GS lately and questioned the motive behind the latest dilution? He gets quite annoyed at the suggestion that the gravy train was running short of money. I suggest you ask him. | ![]() nevik2
14/9/2015 11:27 | Stock, agreed. But you can bet GS and chairman both have their snouts in the same trough!!! | ![]() martyn9
10/9/2015 15:49 | I remember Sloan opening his presentation at Tower Hill a couple of years ago with a reference to the whitewash that England had just received in the Ashes down under.Perhaps it was a rather juvenile attempt at joviality but it seemed a pretty stupid way to open proceedings to me.The presentation continued with an invite to the audience to spot the error in the pictorial presentation, the prize being a bottle of wine for the observant. Then there was a comment by Sloan that he had been assured that Lind had decided that they would become long term holders and stop chopping out stock purchased at a healthy discount.I thought that as disingenuous as him stating that his broker had assured him that Herencia was volatile because it was a "a good trading stock".Really, who the hell was trading the bloody stock with a 10% spread!Gravitas was in as short supply that evening but it's all pretty bloody serious now.Jimmy's departure from the board presaged some move like this.I wonder who took today's stock, local Chileans perhaps. You can expect a consolidation in due course.A 1 share for a 100 I guess.Sloan never bought much stock p.a. did he,despite paying himself a rather handsome salary. As I noted before,he's paid himself annually twice the salary of the UK Chancellor of the Exchequer for a number of years during which time the shares have fallen by an inglorious 95%. | ![]() steeplejack
10/9/2015 13:56 | I fear that's right. The joint venture, even if consummated, will sell us down the river.Sloan has no chips to bargain with,no finance,no power to dictate terms. All he'll do is negotiate a continuance of his inflated salary.... "A mine is a hole in the ground. The discoverer of it is a natural liar. The hole in the ground and the liar combine and issue shares and trap fools."—Detroi | ![]() steeplejack
10/9/2015 08:36 | Hang on if you want some. They always go sub-placing price as they get rid of surplus. Maybe a good few surplus here, this time. What did originally buy these for? Doesn't bare thinking about. Gla | ![]() valentine

10/9/2015 08:26 | Sloan is wringing the last drop of life out of this company. It's an utter disgrace.Managements of other junior explorers have taken pay cuts and received stock in lieu. Not so Sloan. This heavily discounted placing will only fund Sloan's salary and the remuneration of the Chairman for less than a couple of years.I thought the bloke was a lightweight when he presented at Tower Hill a couple of years back.I'm the fool for not biting the bullet and selling at a substantial loss at that time.I'm not alone. | ![]() steeplejack

10/9/2015 08:02 | Utter disgrace.Half a million quid raised at substantial discount to pay Sloan's salary of a quarter million a year and,no doubt, fund the Chairman's futile observations.Blatant disregard for the interests of shareholders.Sloan should take a CUT IN SALARY and get issued stock in lieu. | ![]() steeplejack
10/9/2015 07:43 | Advance the project, what they going to by a couple of shovels after the salaries get paid. | ![]() nevik2 |
