Dont see you much over on the emed bb these days.

What happened to all those stories you been spouting these past years.
Still haven't answered what happened to your 18p by last Christmas. Thought it was supposed to take off when permits received. Talk about a damp squib.
You and your stories eh . You couldn't make them up. Now heading for an all time low.

gef-that bugged me too- yet gs says also in recent comms he is mindful NOT to dilute us any further-maybe jimmy lim can take some more slack-if we do more drilling at picasso pre first ore delivery?

hi stockers- i dont know the answers to many of your questions-sorry and yes you have every right to be critical of herencia- for various parts, lind - (although essential at the time) wasnt the best deal-unless that was all he could get at the time? i dont know.
i am expecting gs to deliver production at picasso by year end stockers or i wouldnt stay invested here.
i didnt expect ozmin to find the pcd beast they wanted at guam, so always expected a good set of drill data to go across to herencia for a later date to see if there is still viable smaller resource there.
my persoanl belief is paguanta will need a lot more money to get to the real size of the asset, so unless zinc/silver lead explode northwards i dont see it being in production for a while as her wont want to borrow/dilute etc at this time for that which would take a while to produce and the cost would be prohibitive at this time .

focus for me is purely picasso- orebody at surface, eff all waste and go to toll treatment from the beginning- the locals are pulling over 2% copper in places which bodes well, on top of todays initial jorc, noting the inferred category, etc

i agree media etc is important and maybe he can push this along as time progresses.

im still wondering who the sellor is, which stifles all the rises past and present sinc elind came aboard, persoanlly i cant see it being one big p.i. unless they had their holding in a mixed way and didnt declare it above 3% as the sells have surely been more than 3% collectively over time.

would like to see much more volumes and liquidity in the stock return to 2010 % of mcap traded daily with good pr and importantly good news moving forward.
best wishes stcokers corbs
hope your emed serves you weell this and next year too :-)

Guys, what's your opinion on "a bit more drilling before we mine"? I'll be extremely unhappy if we get diluted any further to fund this. Now that we have a resource booked I'm hoping that raising capital can be done against future off take. Great news in this RNS but I must say I am slightly panicked by the words 'a bit more drilling' particularly because they are used prior to the words 'before we mine'

I just listened to the media release,
Ok , GS talks about his favourite subject DRILLING, and yes investors should be happy because mineralisation can be open and wide and copper and silver grade is excellent, and listen to this part, good CAPEX he said, lol without telling us how he reach that conclusion without the final feaso and economic analysis!?!!!!!

yes assumption can be made for that calculations, but those who understand the mining know how FAR apart they can sometimes be to actual reality

at least it was no BS line like "bird in hand" and other rubbish he sometimes throw in the media release, so overall a better summary without much of the usual BS lines.

also GS should realise the power of media and conference and PR specially at this VERY EARLY stages of Picachos, he needs to realise this fact and start doing something about it to benefit the company profile. Also local PR has been very poor, company website needs to be updated with new pictures, and specially picachos which would the flag of HER for coming months...is he truly not able to see that? of course not,

may be one of the GS pen palls can remind him of this importance, which are lacking and he needs to do something RIGHT NOW to promote those areas mentioned above.

correction:

up until 3 weeks ago, GS was talking about feaso for Picachos by end of January or FIRST WEEK of Feb, suddenly that deadline changed to UNKNOWN time, but certainly suggesting more delays

Corbin
my good mate,
thanks for your post, I always carefully read and value what you post here,
after all you are one of the first people I followed on the board and truly felt my investment with HER is in good hands, however I got in here purely based on my own research but also valuing other more knowledgeable investors like you.
I so underestimated the weakness of GS in delivering projects and managing time line, or DIRECTION for this company, and that is my own fault, as gradually but surely those weakness came through by so many mistakes and delays which costs us all so much. and lets not repeat those because if someone look back they are easy to be spotted and I have also highlighted them in this thread many many times.

You know better that right from the beginning after my investment I always stayed critical and always questioned certain moves by GS, but I never gone against him till October last year, that was his deadline which he failed miserably. I thought by keeping the silence I am not doing a favour to new pi's or old investors who some of them sadly so emotionally attached to this company without realising the core of the problem which is truly bad management and AS A RESULT so many missed opportunities.

up until 3 weeks ago, GS was talking about feaso for Picachos by end of January or first week of March suddenly that deadline changed to UNKNOWN time but certainly suggesting more delays, today he issued pointless median result telling us more or less what we know already, but still the so much work yet to be done.
I welcome today results, looking at the data they are looking very promising, but let me ask you this question Corb,

how many times in the past projects (drillings) we have seen many impressive result and yet we still failed to bring them to any form of commercialisation/production? and how many times many pretty time lines for those projects were issued to investors and when the time came they missed to deliver?

I don't need to give you examples, you know better.

why that is the happen Corb, you think?

why HER as a company failed to attract international investors, despite some of the attractive results and potential,?

why GS failed so miserably in many of the key finance deal which done a massive damage to shareholders?

why GS have this habit of coming up with such an unrealistic rather wild promises, and deadlines and when the time comes he feeds us all loads of BS of the excuses ? why is he doing that Corb?

now he has 10 months to deliver this open pit, and from the bottom of my heart you know better that I truly hope he can make that happen, but knowing what would be involve I say it would be impossible Corb, considering we have absolutely no economic analysis, no finance, no licence, no local PR (very important) , no experience, no leadership, and surely no feaso,

if feaso was coming end of January and if finance was in place by end of Feb, and we had a FULL ECONOMICAL analysis in place by end of Feb, then I would have said he might had stand a chance, but now I say he is just walking on thin ice and he knows that himself.

it is matter of time he comes up with another line of BS to delays this beyond 2015, and at that point I would like to know what would be his response? and also would like to know would you still stay loyal to GS? or you would realise he is not really fit for the job!
I really hope it would be latter,

MD should not make such statement with timing and dates if he doesn't understand what is involve to achieve it! he should always take the worse case scenario to at least be able to deliver, GS has delivered NOTHING OF VALUE TO US so far, and anyone who is willing to take off the tinted glass be able to see that.

I will take off my hat to him if he deliver open pit by end of 2015 with the attractive finance package (that is so important) with no dilution and good CAPEX AND OPEX

but if he failed , he should just resign and go, there will be no extension beyond 2015, he should know that, so he has to come up with the goods!

can he?

I doubt that very much Corb, as the problem has a deep deep root here

"The current market sentiment towards resource companies is focussed on the perception of falling demand for many metals, with associated price falls. What needs to be made clear is that even with moderate growth, the supply pipeline is lean. It will be a lack of supply that will be responsible for increasing prices and a resurgence of the resource sector. Not that demand is that bad really - Wood Mackenzie predicts a 3.4% annual increase in nickel consumption through to 2018. They see a nickel shortage after the overhang is consumed by 2018 with some 778,000t of new nickel needed by 2030 and 300,000t by 2018." Horizonte CEO,Jeremy Martin,25th FebSorry to change the subject on the day of the JORC but I think Horizonte's comments are very relevant to the likes of Herencia and others. There is a chasm between the stock market ratings afforded junior explorers and the reality of the mining market place as appreciated by industry experts. At some stage that chasm must be bridged otherwise we're like to see a spate of takeovers, privatisations or receiverships.

Its what what we had hoped for, no doubt the market will play it, but we must be getting to the point where jiggery pokery makes no sense and is not a possibility.
Well done the team at Herenecia.
Finance should at least now be feasible if not easy, I can see the terms heavily favouring the lender at our expense of course, I see little choice all the same.

Managing Director, Graeme Sloan, commented on this latest milestone:

"This is a great result for the Company and shareholders alike, and the outcome of a huge amount of work and commitment by our Chilean team who have worked tirelessly to develop a maiden Resource within a very tight schedule .

The results not only validated our geological model but importantly delivered a larger than expected maiden Mineral Resource estimate.

The new target areas identified immediately east of the 40M Shaft mineralisation could really add to the open pit mine model. The area has multiple historic and recent shallow mine workings in the area which is a great start. If the drilling turns up economic mineralisation it would almost certainly fall within our open pit mine shell, decreasing the strip ratio even further..

Over 50% of the high grade core of the Resource sits within the higher confidence Measured and Indicated categories with most potentially accessible by open pit mining methods.

The Resource will now be used in our open pit optimisation work, utilising the mining costs recently submitted by several experienced open pit mining contractors, and will form the basis of our detailed open pit mine designs.

Our target is to be in production as quickly as possible, with some of the cash flow generated directed towards systematically exploring the many other target areas within Picachos and to progressively expand mining and copper production (and cash flow) by bringing multiple open pits on line.

The Resource is a major milestone for the Company and leaves us with little doubt that Picachos has the potential to develop into a significant copper deposit."

maybe stockers -hes in delicate negotiations to get the picasso tranch payment extended until after production to give picasso space via production to pay down the bill, thus saving us from placing/dilution/financing all at shareholders displeasure.
if? thats the case its a good move. maybe they are in the middle of negotiations? if so id rather see the maiden jorc for picasso arrive same time or after the tranch payment news, especially if the jorc is good one and bigger then some people expect-low capex/high grade, and as long as all the other parts moving forward are keeping to the timeline- the feaso is ongoing behind the scenes as are many other parts to picassos jigsaw.
so if jorc come by end of march and as long as schedule is maintained im ok with that.
it is clear you are not but consider what im saying and take away your displeasure of gs for thinking through what ive posted.
thanks stockers
