the irony is ;none of the people who were posting in other thread (apart from those few decent one's who have decided to post here) none of them now are posting anymore, !

the same people who laughed at me, or got angery for me expressing the facts , the same people who supported GS and thought I am talking rubbish for the past 2 years, same people who thought they would stop me posting the truth, the same people whom I still believe are sadly being victim and conned by GS are no longer here to shout about GS achievements and OPEN PIT BS,!!!!!

why is that?


I am not angry at them at all, because they are decent shareholders who have been ignored and conned by GS for years, it is not their fault to keep believing on amount of BS and promises he made over many BS RNS's,

I once was one of them 3 years ago, but I woke up to reality soon after realising what sort of true clueless dummy GS is, and perhaps without he realising he started the path of destruction which I shouted about times and times in here and in LSE
...and since then I never kept my silence and never will and I shall keep posting to make everyone know about this dummy and his clueless agenda here to just secure his 6 figures salary every months at the back of our losses and in the mean time delivering NOTHING of value, NOTHING of hope of progress and achievements, something to show the change of the direction from this dead-end tunnel, this train is now derailed and GS is directly responsible for it.

seems it was only him and the rest of useless BOD presence in AGM to voted and approve to continue the path of total destructions for the coming months and of course nice salary for themselves...

if GS still have some credibility left in him, he should come here and explain to everyone why he suddenly backed off from OPEN PIT ,? WHY there is no news of feaso, or finance, ? and why he jumped from one project to another without delivering any positive value to decent shareholders from ANY OF THE projects from the start....

for how long he wants to keep digging and drilling the ground with that stupid hammer?

then what?

he should resign and go immediately..

those of you who are were supporting this clown for years, and now keeping a silence, should be writing to GS and ask for him to resignation...

Well,it was never a " great" company,this is no Apple or Pfizer.Herencia has been caught up in the maelstrom that has hit the mining industry and small exploration companies in particular.The failure of Herencia management has been its lack of transparency.This is probably why the company has failed to attract blue chip institutional support.No,I don't accept Lind Parthers to be blue chip,they are a financial lifeboat that extract a pound of flesh and as for Shining etc,I really know nothing about them.Herencia has thrashed like a carp in an ever evaporating pond,changing strategy,shoring up expectation of production that proves to be but a mirage.The managements greatest achievement has been to pay itself a handsome salary as the market cap has fallen some 97% from its peak.It is farcical and unparalleled in other sectors of the economy in my experience.GS pays himself somewhat more than the Prime Minister of the UK,

we are still paying for big mistake of GS signing that deal with those cowboys (LIND),

How could GS allow this cowboys to even get involve with HER?

they are manipulating the price, and GS can't do nothing

no one in the right mind will ever give money to HER as long as that clown is in charge!

there will be nothing of value before the AGM meeting Valentine,
same old BS, same old failure and certainly same old promises !

the best news would be his resignation before AGM meeting

that would shoot the share price high up specially if someone like Jimmy take over and sort out this mess

GS is not dynamic, nor he understand PR or finance, he absolutely no idea where to take us next specially as his feaso failed,

he lied to us all, and he certainly have no hesitation to do that again and again.

I unlikely to post again. I've joined the rest hiding behind the fat ladies skirts. I expect an rns pre-agm as to tell attendees something privee without announcing to shareholders simultaneously, or prior, is illegal. something must be mooted before the event or his neck is on the line. So bye for now.

I cannot see that they will have an agm without an rns on. Or before the 30th. Given it is scheduled for 1500 it will be after hours or close by the time concluded. Be vigilant but I suspect there is a hat and a rabbit lurking.
