Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that, on 10 November 2022, Andrew Joy, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 6,000 ordinary shares of 25p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP18.08 per share.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Andrew Joy is beneficially interested in 6,000 Ordinary Shares.
