                                ISSUE OF EQUITY



The company has issued and allotted, subject to admission, 2,500 new ordinary 5p
shares under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.  The consideration for
the shares is as follows:

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
