At least Vlad and his missus have plenty of company wonga for a 5* Christmas celebration....even though they belong to the foreskin removal bare helmet brigade. Gold is a very popular Jewish name, and there's a very good reason for that.......in this case it's missus Vlad. Don't be surprised if missus Vlads Chrissie present costs more that 10 times the 250 k that Vlad paid to Ely for their work on CBR........oi vey!!

Daveysmum, Badger he has some serious medical issues at present and has had a difficult past so I think your comment is very inappropriate. I wish that he would pick a company that is not doing good work to try and save lives to trade or short but even as we disagree about hemogenyx I appreciate his honesty.

No badger I am not twisting anything, hemo are paying Penn for some of the work which is a sponsored research agreement that is black and white.
However not just anyone can file an IND application, it's like entry to a VIP casino you need to be invited or taken in by a sponsor. No money involved just a more experienced bigger party holding the junior pharmas hand through the application, the FDA call that the sponsor. It could be Penn or could be Hemo themselves in its pure semantic and irrelevant though.

Jhfh You're twisting it again. Hemo are paying Penn for their work, also I have to disagree with your next post....IND will take months to get if approved and phase 1 will require funding and years of work.

Badger just to clarify, when I say sponsor I mean in the sense that they are the experienced party, they have the credentials and hemo are the new comers, in no way whatsoever do I want to imply Penn are paying hemo in this. Per FDA regs 21 CFR 321.3 it COULD be Hemogenyx themselves doing the IND application and Penn just in the background supporting, not really sure, but that's what I meant when I say sponsor.

Badger, I cant agree with you on either point I am afraid, a pump and dump as I understand is traders who start ramping a share based on no news so that the people who organised it can sell at the top and leave the rest holding the baby so to speak. This was a very nice rise off the back of a substantial update so feels more than justified this rise :-)
As for the cost of CART PIND, I was able to google it and it is free, but you are only allowed one. So no cost, there is a delay now before an IND application can be filed, I read its atleast one month max 2 months now until this pre IND meeting and then 20 days after that before they send their letter to Hemogenyx? so no actual IND application until March at the earliest I would say if all goes well at the PIND. But if they have the PIND first then the FDA can advise faster routes and highlight any issues that could cause delays so it sounds like a very good idea. I am happy with the update, I understand you dont trust Dr Sandler, but for all those invested I pray it goes well
