cyber ... making a long story short they haven't had a commercial discovery yet.
Charles and Flathead need to be stimulated and tests taken when this is done. This won't be started until work completed at Rudyard.
Amsden will be declared commercial IF sample % are good.
We are still at the if stage or something has to be carried out before samples can be taken. I think we should have stayed around the 23p level until then but it looks like some holders moved on and caused the drop this week. |
While waiting for precise results, rather than hints of results, I think we are clinging to signs of any positivity that shows in the voices and faces of Bo and David. It’s a shame that there is so much insecurity, nervousness, and mistrust in all investments these days. The markets, particularly AIM, have become full of deception and jitters. So, we search every day for any signs that we have got it right with our investment decisions. Let’s hope that those helium and hydrogen percentages turn out to be one of the wisest decisions to invest in! And Bo’s enthusiasm and excitement is not an acting performance! |
After all the smoke and light of the last 2 days, can I just confirm my understanding of the current situation?
1. Flathead: Measured 2.5% helium in a surface sample, and 55% hydrogen in a sample from drilling mud, but needs stimulation to get it to flow for proper measurements. Stimulation to happen after the Rudyard announcement, so that will be probably early January? Meanwhile there are no guarantees, and there may be more exploration drilling required, especially for the hydrogen reservoir.
2. Charles: "promising" but no cigar. More work needed, seems like some formation damage.
3. Amsden: high pressure gas flows, but the helium content is unknown. Lab test results due in the next few days. Likely to be some helium, as AFAIR 600ppm (0.06%) was discovered during the first drill. But actual commercial-%age helium is not guaranteed.
4. Rudyard: drill results due in probably 2 weeks. Sounds promising overall from the interview, but again no guarantees.
Thanks for any comments. |
Possibly worraps, hard to be sure. It's in the price now anyway. It's not that massive a trade in the scheme of things actually. |
Cyberbub, sorry have to disagree with that. All buys at that time yesterday were over 23p. Maybe explains the depressed price today. |
140k trade at 22.92p but it's delayed from yesterday - still clearly a buy though, as we were never above that price yesterday. |
Sunny, yes and no. They said they would test and if decent grades they would run flow test before moving on to next zone.Amsden sample was in the lab so they already tested the other two but the mud affected readings and flow so they didn't RNS as they said they would but you can see why. |
Didn't they say they would report on each zone initially. So I guess they are doing as they said they would |
Duster!!!Duster!!!!!!!!! |
What they more than likely did was test Flathead and they had the grades from that but had the mud issue so didn't have the flow for a full test.
They knew Amsden had no flow or mud issues so sent that sample to the lab, as confirmed it was at the lab on Tuesday, and should have really waited for that but they felt forced to issue an RNS with info gleamed so far from Clink 1. |
According to what they have said so far it was the lab. They have full grades for flathead but the mud issue has clouded the issue.
You said the "later zones" were not at the lab but they ARE at the lab for Amsden which was the zone after flathead. |
Duster!!!!! |
Well, get the polish out and start cleaning! It certainly looks like Helix will be wiping the floor with the de-rampers soon. |
Duster!!!¡!!!!!!! |
Cyber isn't asking about current testing! He trying to establish we're the flathead results came from ! Site or lab |
Steve ... DM confirmed that Amsden sample was at the lab on Tuesday being tested |
In the previous rns they said they would test from the bottom up . Flat head being the first . So they might of sent the test off to lab and that's why the later zones of interest haven't received lab results yet . |
Not sure what you mean? |
With it being in the first area tested this may actually be a lab result already tested ! |
Has anyone with hard experience got any insight as to how likely it is that Hex's 2.5% He reading might be significantly downgraded by the lab? |
Yup I agree and that's why I am surprised they didn't wait for it considering it was at the lab being tested on Tuesday |
Looks & sounds like gas. But meaningless until we get the hard data. |
New tweet ... sounds like money !! |
