It's not commercial so basically a duster mate |
Yep, should have over $3 million left after the Clink 1 and Darwin operations |
Good to see the illiterate parting company, they've been blighting the share price for weeks. |
The company should still have several million $ left, which should be enough to do any follow-up work at Clink? |
Congratulations to the Helix team and rig workers for the effort they've put in to overcome obstacles and announce this news in such a timely manner, something unheard of with most AIM companies these days.More work to be done with Clink but looks highly likely it'll be a major source of income from Hydrogen for years to come. |
Can't have everything our own way and Clink 1 is NOT a duster :) |
The independent CPR massively underestimated Ingomar Dome and those numbers will be revisited soon."Helium grades are over 1.6x higher than estimated in Company CPR and Scoping Study, offering capacity for an increase in resources and project NPV when these numbers are revisited. " |
Its a mixed bag. Essentially, indications of potentially commercial Helium/Hydrogen at Flathead and Charles - some more testing work required to confirm. However, this is a result;'The Amsden formation, perforated over 87ft from 3,885ft - 3,972ft, delivered highly encouraging results, flowing 4,250 Mcf/d of raw gas on a 30/64" choke. Extended flow testing determined an AOF of up to 8,000 Mcf/d, confirming the Amsden as a strong producer. Gas analysis is underway, and preliminary indications suggest the Amsden is capable of sustained production at commercially viable rates.'Cash |
A solid hold this share. All targets come off 2 commercial zones before Xmas. Would be amazing! |
And look at the Hydrogen. Great news all round. What happens now with Clink 1, extended tests?. Also we got Darwin to come. |
The scoping study had 3 wells feeding into 10,000 mcf/d plant. And we got 4,350 mcf/d from Amsden alone. In one well.Looking a lot better than expected |
con90210, if I don't really understand it how will I get more understanding, apart from by asking? |
I'm not "just trading this". I've been here since 13p and if it's commercial, or likely commercial, obviously I will hold. If it's not, I won't. I don't call that "trading".Now can anyone explain the numbers and wording for the people who aren't gas experts? Is it:* Great news?" Essentially more work to be done but it's looking hopeful?* Poor but there's still hope? |
cybers just trading this reasonable questions but obviously trading the share.... |
Compared to others in the Montana Fairway fhis is a huge discovery that can be easily commercialised."Helium grades are over 1.6x higher than estimated in Company CPR and Scoping Study, " |
I can't interpret the numbers and flow rate I'm afraid. The RNS sounds like quite mixed news to me. |
4250 is very poor indeed. |
"process which is relatively common and cost-effective in the region." |
*AOF is the maximum production rate and does not represent sustained production rates. Prudent flow rates will be lower. |
Hydrogen Successfully flowed 4,250 thousand cubic feet per day (Mcf/d) of raw gas from the Amsden formation on a 30/64" choke and 1,050 PSI wellhead pressure.ยท Amsden formation appears to be a robust gas producer with additional gas analysis underway. |
Apologies! I read it too fast, they do say "extra stimulation needed to reach commercial flow" of helium. Can anyone with a bit more experience say whether this reduces the commerciality? |
this will get hammered today, sadly not the news we were expecting. |
What's not to like - 55.2% hydrogen concentration in gas isolated during drilling - represent a unique and exciting opportunity for the Company. |
Does it formally need all 3 formations to be tested, and an EWT, before they're allowed to use the word "commercial"? |
