"Audit update
As previously announced, the Company has deemed it prudent to extend its accounting reference date to 30 June to enable the incoming auditor to properly onboard and complete the audit in a reasonable timeframe. The Company is preparing unaudited interim financial statements for the 12-month period ending 31 December 2023, which it expects to publish by 31 March 2024. The Company's next set of audited financial reports and accounts will be for the period 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024 and will be published by 31 October 2024. The Company continues to seek a replacement auditor and will provide a further update in due course."

Still would have looked better with a positive co. update imo.

Mid above the 200 again, first time since the fall from the 100p region back in June '22.
If the bid and offer can do the same might get a bit bullish for a move towards the DT at 23p.

Next set of results and forecasts hugely important. If the Aeoniq tech genuinely has impressive technology to enable low costs/ prices compared to the multitude of competitors, they should be able to convince the brands. Increasingly worried that this is a company based more on spin than reality

Very disappointing to see Renewcell entering bankruptcy.HEIQ's main cellulose supplier for AeoniQ.Doesn't reflect well on the textile industry and their appetite for change.
