i have said previously...this is not a company. It is an R&D project where innocent bystanders are asked to pay for the Directors' intellectual masturbation...they will get their money from Arden (most of whom will be flippers, hence the 2p price), but no one with any sense should, or will, ever touch this.....

28.58m shares in issue and they will offer 200m new shares for existing shareholders so it looks like everyone will have a chance to get 7:1 and wouldn't be any issue that you will subscribe and get only some % of the subscription? Do I understand it correctly then if I will subscribe for all my available pool I will get them all?

MV is less than 1m. Company is never going to raise anywhere near the 4m it wants. So will run out of cash again in 6 months tops. Then administration. Why would anyone buy shares even at this level. You will lose everything??

Agreed. It's an awful placing (if it goes ahead), but clearly there's appetite for the shares, and at current mcap there's nothing in the price. Expect 4-5p in short order, imo
