06/7/2004 13:01 | i was under the impression NRG was also pretty undervalued?, HTP more so? | lightning bolt
06/7/2004 12:59 | You are correct, Sir! The thing is it's only a few of us on here that know it right now! laf ;-) | lafiamma
06/7/2004 12:56 | Is it me or is hatpin undervalued? Compared to NRG and IMP who have both released excellent trading statements, they are on a PE of ca 35, where hatpin is at 16. On an equal footing, this should make Hatpin about 115p? | caecilius
06/7/2004 12:34 | Nice, was thinking of adding at 57-58 (3v1 at the time on L2), but I hesitated because of the dire state of the FTSE and US futures! Hopefully they'll bounce before long, just in time for HTP's trading statement! laf ;-) | lafiamma
06/7/2004 12:26 | Blimey - up 2p on the bid - and not before time. IMP and MPI both out with bullish trading statements today. A trading statement will be out from HTP at some point - and then we're off - very tightly held and illiquid. Blimey 61p offer while I type - perhaps that trading statement is closer than I thought :-) CR | cockneyrebel
05/7/2004 19:26 | Watching and waiting too, in the sleepy portfolio lol | cambium
05/7/2004 13:48 | Also here, watching and waiting for the inevitable! laf ;-) | lafiamma
05/7/2004 13:42 | I agree - this is one of those shares you have to hold patiently. When it flies it flies and you have little hope of buying any reasonable amount when it's motoring. A nice trading statement one morning at 7.00am and these aregoing to have a huge mark up imo. CR | cockneyrebel
05/7/2004 13:39 | I'm still holding too, patience is a virtue and all good things come to those who wait, hopefully.......!!!! | longsider
05/7/2004 13:35 | Hi CR You are not alone.... I've been quietly hoovering up. Joined the party a bit late, but like you I see a lot of value here. rct | realcooltrader
05/7/2004 13:17 | Am I on my own now? Am I the only one that's going to cream 50-70% from these by September? Is this and NRG the cheapest recruiters on the London market? So many questions - and just one big answer beginning with "Y". :-) CR | cockneyrebel
01/7/2004 12:08 | Level II getting firmer and firmer - wake up call soon imo. RWA - look at the director buying yesterday - sector is on fire imo CR | cockneyrebel
29/6/2004 15:53 | Waking up at last, like NRG. A nice trading statement in ther coming weeks should get this belting imo. CR | cockneyrebel
29/6/2004 10:23 | Creeping up - how cheap are these too? Just like NRG, trading on a far lower PE than the sector average yet growing their earning far faster than carp like RWA and MPI. These scream away when they get recognised as cheap - check out the past chart. CR | cockneyrebel

25/6/2004 11:10 | More positive news from RWA today - what more do 'investors' want? CR | cockneyrebel
23/6/2004 12:44 | Well I think there could be 50% in these by Sep results lafi - even if the rest of the punters are asleep. Theres an absolute bag of recruters posting bullish trading statements - when they all start posting results the sector will see a ton of buying imo. These have to be the cheapest around along with NRG. CR | cockneyrebel
23/6/2004 10:20 | Agreed CR, Director's already hold a large percentage of the share capital - to buy in the market would be plain rude! laf ;-) | lafiamma
23/6/2004 10:11 | Take a look at the news guys - Two directors have just bought 25K shares each from the husband of the Chief Exec. This is just before the company's year end. Now, would you really see two of your directors mug themselves by buying shares off of you when they never held any and you held 2.5m? More like I think they would have had trouble buying 50K in the market without moving the price in this illiquid stock so much as to having to pay 10% more. This comes after last years results beat well and an AGM statement that said: "I am delighted to report that we have had a good first quarter. There have been a number of significant appointments at the top of agencies in all of our markets and I am happy to say that we were involved in most of them. We now have a fine foundation from which to move forward." Trading on a PE of 14 for this year, less than half that of HVN, RWA, MPI, MSB. Check out the past chart, these are very Illiquid and rocket when the market tumbles they are cheap and they post good results. Results in Sep - plenty of buying before imo. Check out what all the recruitment stocks are saying like NRG, CPS, HVN, MPI - they are all very upbeat and posting 'meet or beat substantially stastements. I expect HTP to have very bullish interims and possibly a tradingh statement before. CR | cockneyrebel
22/6/2004 13:22 | The wider recruitment sector was in demand. Harvey Nash gained 7p to 73p, Northern Recruitment added 13p to 147.5p and Spring Group put on 4.5p to 117.5p. Dealers believe business is set to pick up for the industry and tipped the sector as ripe for consolidation. | aderemi
14/6/2004 11:41 | Cheers laf CR | cockneyrebel
14/6/2004 11:35 | They've changed their website colour scheme! No new info there though... laf ;-/ | lafiamma
11/6/2004 10:06 | Ditto NRG post. CR | cockneyrebel
11/6/2004 09:57 | Michael Page graced the risers board, with a gain of 6-1/4 pence to 184. Morgan Stanley upgrade the stock to 'overweight' from 'equal-weight' in advance of next month's trading statement | cambium
11/5/2004 15:32 | Wait till they go up for butterflies too, then we're in for a barn-stormer! laf ;-) | lafiamma |
