22/8/2019 18:42 | "The Group's immediate priority is to further strengthen its balance sheet and this, together with significant industry interest, has led to Premier initiating a formal sales process for its interest in the Zama field which, if successful, will result in a material reduction in debt levels." Could happen relatively quickly and with a cheeky bidding war. I said nobody would care about the report today. I was wrong. Sorry. | manics
22/8/2019 16:51 | FT today.. Mark Wilson, an analyst at Jefferies, has estimated the Zama stake could fetch more than $430m. | spacecake

22/8/2019 14:48 | Onedb thanks for that useful info on value of Zama. Barclays had it lower at $290m (this was the first figure I had seen). Hope the Jeffries figure is nearer the mark. | whackford
22/8/2019 14:38 | Jeffries analyst values Premier's slice at $430m . A very smart buy back in 2015 . Just want to see if more appraisals are due as Value creation for each has been substantial . | onedb1
22/8/2019 14:27 | I'm sure the Mexican tax authorities will be watching any sale with glee. | glenol@aol.com
22/8/2019 14:22 | Zama has a P50 of 810mboe . Also referred to as 2P reserves . Now assuming a further appraisal to bring that 50% to P90 with $4/5 a barrel then the 25% owned by Premier could be worth up to $1bn . I wonder if further appraisal work is scheduled as it could help move towards a tidy gain there . Need to look for recent deals and check valuations . But as far as I remember this is shallow waters too so an 'easy' to develop area | onedb1

22/8/2019 10:48 | Time for the bounce after the pause @ around 75.50p, has been holding for a while at just 50 days Moving average. And then should be getting ready to break the GAP to 79p | master rsi
22/8/2019 10:39 | And the rest. Stock on loan for PMO is quite substantial. Any sniff of a Zama sale taking place should move this with over-exhuberance. | gtaval1
