I have always thought that it is market manipulation whichever way you look at it - just plain wrong and if you or I coerced to try to control the price we would be chucked in the slammer. But they hide behind so many doors that the Feds / FSA are powerless (and more likely in their back pockets in one way or other), like you say it just isn't right - if you don't own it how the fekk can you sell it - world is utterly fekked....
