As usual - worst performing oiler

TLW & ENQ level

PMO down 1.25p

TD - are you watching what you've done?

....and buyers are still getting zoomed

Someone just bought 162117 [didn't hit the book obviously, but they paid 51.82p when the offer was 51p - crazy]

Just as confirmation have a look at todays' trades so far

Buying & selling about level however

17% of the buys have hit the book and 92% of the sells have

The book is the only thing that dictates the share price and buys keep getting swerved past it whereas very few sells miss the book.

Won't change until 1 of 2 things happen

1.The shorters and hedge funds decide to change direction

2.The financing collapses and it goes belly up in which case all bets are off anyway but the shorters will have cleaned up.

I would not be at all surprised if that is, and always has been, the plan.

POO & even the election are just background noise to PMO

It is continuing its' march into the 40's as it has been since TD handed over control of the share price to the shorters.

Everything else is an irrelevance

There is a small technical gain this morning with the £ weakening against the $.Counters the fall in the price of oil to a small degree.

manics - it's a little easier when you're a 2.2B company renegotiating a 600M debt.

PMO are a 300M company renegotiating a 3+B debt.

They've done well to keep it moving at all IMO.

If anyone would like insight into how a company effectively executes a refinancing might I point your attention to KAZ?

Covenant dates addressed months ago in the annual report.
Not a single monthly extension RNS.
No voting.
No delays.
No ifs/buts/maybes.
Nothing so complicated most of the (P) investor base can't even understand it.

...just an RNS this morning, 3 weeks ahead of deadline, outlining the already executed solution, so that the BOD can get on growing the business -unlike our Tony sat wringing his hands whilst he stares at the floor.

Leave that sort of talk to the house ranter Marvin

stepping down maybe but I wouldn't hope for anyone to have a heart attack.

What a farce best thing we can hope for is durrant having a heart attack and then stepping down

Yep, worst performer in the oilers yet again.

any slight rise is only temporary respite in the march into the 40's

and the shorters know that there could be further extensions and delays to financing with TD at the helm.

Beggars belief where all this selling, over the 3/4 months is coming from.

Nope...they just will not this rise for any decent period of time.

The supply of stock onto the SETS book is seemingly endless :(

Normally, tensions and potential conflict in the Middle East would have the oil price racing higher...but no doubt that doesnt fit the current agenda

Little fightback going on

POO back over $48
PMO 51.75p on the bid

Crossing fingers appears to be the best investment strategy in PMO

April 1st 2016 POO $40
PMO 73p

Now

POO $47.5
PMO 50.5p

That's the TD effect for you

O/T excuse me for posting this here but I think the following is important to an awful lot of people if Labour are elected:

I hope the labour supporters listen to David Lammy's idea regarding the basing of council tax on land values (22 mins into Daily politics on the 7/6/17):

How on earth does he expect people on modest incomes to pay their council tax if it goes up by a factor x 3?

Anybody trying to bring this in will have the same response as the Poll Tax.

The only game in town appears to be taking oil down and any oil stocks with it
