Andy, its not often that I provide share tips on other BBs but following your commentary, you seem to be a 'Humble' individual...

So with that in mind, have a look at Vela Technologies, a VC vehicle in the realms of 'Disruptive Tech' which has holdings (still in infancy) but with undoubted potential in the future yet like HBR, number of shares in circulation are an ongoing issue for sustainability...

However, their investment in the Arcadia trial with St George Street Capital for Diabetics with Covid is nearing completion and results are due at the End of May/June...This will be getting primed very soon so give it some serious consideration but definitely do your due-diligence!

Let's hope the creditor shares are cleared before the next 41% of the shares in issue are released onto the market.
Have you asked yourself why the former EIG investors would only commit to a six month lock up?
If the creditor shares have been rinsed by then those shares will only represent 70% of the free float compared to the 80% of free float the creditors held when the transaction completed.
It's good to see you are acknowledging the overhang, I was under the impression you believed the creditors would become long term investors like yourself!

You can call it a dog or Andy can talk about the aging assets but while the price drops due to over hang which may go on for weeks the company is making lots of money and buisness as usal Great price to pick shares up as will be double this price or more in a years time also a dividend paid and other assets bought to add to the treasure chest, I think we may hear something soon as well
