08/4/2021 17:09 | This is becoming very interesting again folks...I think its time for me to start building a position here now! | reb_ban
08/4/2021 13:31 | Shaf, Go on the London Stock Exchange website, search HBR, scroll down and click show more trades. At the bottom of that page you will get the volume traded per day. Yesterday's volume was relatively low but that will be updated as and when the late reported trades are known, probably after the market closes. Good luck. | andypop1
08/4/2021 11:40 | Can someone confirm the number of shares traded so far in HBR have been around 100million everyday. On L2 get 3 figures buys, sells and unknown. By adding all 3 up get around 100mill. Trying to work out how long before the creditors have off loaded their 3 billion shares if that’s what they are doing | shaf5
08/4/2021 10:48 | 18,510,652,139 shares in issue | markymar
08/4/2021 10:26 | Most sites seem to be wrong and I can't see it on HE's site. Anyone know the amount of shares in issue here? Thanks. | chinahere
07/4/2021 23:43 | Good evening Andy,it very much depends on creditors selling as not all will sell or keep some back as rainy dayNo shorts in HBR which I can seeSo buying now is rich rewards in 6 months to your negative postThis will be 30p plus by Christmas so happy with 50% on my money but I will be in and outGet a back bone Andy | markymar
07/4/2021 22:14 | A lot of yesterday's large trades appeared after the market had closed again today, the creditors and MMs are managing it well so far. The question has to be how long for? If the oil price stays artificially elevated the market makers will stand half a chance of distributing the million plus trades but any weakness in the oil price will potentially leave them in a bit of a pickle! Good luck all. | andypop1
07/4/2021 14:38 | where are the PMO holders hiding ????? TIA | katiegos
07/4/2021 11:55 | And then you woke up ?. | frontdoor bull
07/4/2021 09:59 | Had pmo at 30p. Is this now going to 4p for dck sakes | spacedust
06/4/2021 23:16 | Marky, How was my post negative? I'm the most honest poster on here when it comes to declaring my position, I try to post it as soon as it goes through, not retrospectively like you have just done! My last position was Spring last year, I took a small hit cutting my losses in the mid to high 40s, you must remember that as I was the laughing stock of the bull gang. I realise this is not PMO any more, it is a viable business but the vulture creditors are still a part of that viable business and until they have filled their bellies off the carcass of PMO any improvement regarding the share price will be limited, then there are the 'not natural shareholders' as O'Sullivan mentioned. I could mention the Iran nuclear deal, or India and mainland Europe locking down, aviation anyone? But I won't. Good luck. | andypop1
06/4/2021 22:36 | Andy I am not sure why you have such a negative take on this, this is not PMO any moreNot sure if your negative person in real life or you gone short on this which is very risky in my view I bought 50 k today at 20p just for the record as I see this as a milk cow Would be nice and true to the thread if you gave your position | markymar
06/4/2021 22:18 | Shaf, Checking a company is solvent before investing is recommended, it's a shame some on here didn't carry out such due diligence before promoting this at a quid! Marky, Barclays have been more generous than most with their target price, I'm sure being an adviser to Chrysoar on the all share reverse takeover has nothing to do with it, lol. As O'Sullivan said some of the backers who indirectly employed Barclays will be looking for an exit when their lockups expire. A lot of creditor shares hit the market on Thursday, they have been reported today. It felt a bit like the VWAP period during the last chaotic refinancing today, let's hope the creditors and MMs can keep up the price stability. Good luck all. | andypop1
06/4/2021 10:00 | Barclays also said that Harbour Energy, previously known as Premier Oil, had the "scale, breadth and balance sheet needed to be an attractive investment proposition in what remains a structurally challenged Energy sub-sector."On their estimates, at an oil price of $60 per barrel, the UK's biggest oil and gas producer would be able to generate free cash flow of over $1.1bn in 2022.That would be enough for the firm to strengthen its balance sheet, enhance its portfolio and meet its targeted shareholder returns, said Barclays, which also hit the group with a 30.0p target price. For the 2021 financial year, the broker's analysts had pencilled-in a dividend of 1.0p per share or approximately $240m, putting the shares on a dividend yield of about 4%. | markymar
06/4/2021 09:13 | Any pop... thanks... !!I have a simply old man way of looking at fundamentals!! Is the company going bust...!! And the answer is a simply is NO imo. | shaf200
05/4/2021 21:55 | Brent is currently down over 4% today, not the best foundation for the second day of trading on the open market with 80% of the free float held by former creditors especially given how the first day went. O'Sullivan made a good point about some shareholders not being natural equity holders and stated during the webcast the company suggested as the lockups expire they are likely to sell. We know none of the creditors are subject to a lockup so are the company suggesting once the former creditors have rinsed their three billion plus shares the 7.4 billion shares that are only subjected to a six month lockup will hit the market? Good luck all. | andypop1
04/4/2021 22:34 | Steve, I can assure you I have not gone long and would thank you for not suggesting I have as I have a "reputation" to protect, lol! Yes the oil price is artificially propped up and in my opinion should be $10 lower even with the cartel's production cuts. The US and Iran are meeting through independent negotiators next week with a view of the US rejoining the Iran nuclear deal and lifting the sanctions reimposed under the Trump regime. Shaf, I hope it works out for you. Good luck all. | andypop1
04/4/2021 12:55 | Thanks Andy. I have a fair few now and will continue to add on any significant drops but looking to exit within 12 months. My target is 30p | shaf5
03/4/2021 06:04 | cheers andy.. your comment makes it sound like you are long..!! SP needs to double to make it worth converting the warrants.. If I really thought that was possible I'd be buying the shares now, but I'm still surprised at the current OP with OPEC still controlling supply, even with inflation increasing. | steve73
02/4/2021 21:45 | Marky, Let's hope your broker gets it sorted. Steve, Thanks for clarifying that and with regards to your warrants I hope you do get the opportunity to cash them in. Shaf, I never try to forecast the share price the next trading day let alone a year or two down the line of a business that only trades one commodity with that commodity potentially moving quickly in either direction. There are some on here who will give you an optimistic forecast based on TA or pure hope but to date those forecasts have proved to be unreliable! I will say the new company will have shareholders' interests at the forefront of all they do for at least the next eighteen months, private equity doesn't invest to help struggling businesses because they care, like the vulture creditors they are looking for a return and PMO has provided an exit strategy for them should they decide to take it. The creditor shares will be an issue for the next three months or so, look at how the shorters forward selling about a million shares a day weighed the price down, there are still over three billion to go. Good luck all. | andypop1
02/4/2021 18:10 | Andy what are your thoughts on where the share price of HBR will get to this year if oil above $65. What about next year if dividends paid out. Thanks | shaf5
02/4/2021 10:02 | pdosullivan - thanks for that information | benchmark |
