Thanks guys. Gordon Brown was going make AIM ISAble when he was CoftE but introduced taper relief instead.

There are a few exceptions:

Having said that I hold some in a (Halifax) ISA. It will let me sell them but not buy more.

I haven't received notice to sell them, but perhaps the rules have changed a little (or HMY now falls outside them?).

MOMENTOS- have the rules changed? i thought you couldnt hold AIM stocks in your ISA?

They are, but you should be able to ISA.

Well, it looks like its trying to get to the cusp of 220p resistance today, then will decide whether to break through tomorrow!

the market really does not appreciate how solid the figures of hmy are going to be. a great time to buy in - which i duly did today.

Going to leave a limit order on these. If the market does correct in the coming days or weeks and these get marked down I want to take advantage. Happy to hold and would like to build a larger stake.
