download image shack and use the sniper tool on windows.

First snipe the image and save it to your comp, with image shack use ADD this will bring up the image you just saved. oOpen the image that you have saved and that has just popped up, then click the upload button.

Copy the text hot link for the web and paste it in advfn. Its really easy to do.
